You don’t have to worry about those who operate in the dark defeating you, and you don’t have to worry about them preventing you from ascending. All you need to do is understand that they represent something that is sometimes hidden from the light within you, and use their presence as an opportunity to heal yourself and to become whole. The whole you is what will make the journey to the fifth dimension.

If you truly want to see positive change in the world, then you’ll want to seriously consider using meditation as one of your biggest avenues. Meditation helps to shift your conscious awareness into the present Now. It also assists your connection to your all-knowing higher self which holds all of the answers to your questions while offering guidance to serve your highest good.

What you are capable of feeling more of now than ever before is compassion. You are able to empathize with the circumstances of others because of what you have drawn on in this lifetime. You have been drawing on your past life experiences, and those experiences have awakened the receptors within you, so that now more than ever you have compassion and empathy for your fellow humans.

it’s time to liberate the ego from all this bad press and return it to its original Latin meaning of I or self. Once you’ve done that, you can take the next step to expand the meaning it to include the exciting collaboration between the physical self and the energetic self because you’re both. When you do, you’ll realize that your ego is always evolving and becoming a richer and wiser and clearer embodiment of your Essence because you determine it and you have mastery over it. That’s the journey of en-lightenment that we’re all on … ego and all!

Mass consciousness has a greater power of creating a reality. Individual creation of reality is something that is mostly third dimensional. This is because the higher dimensional realties exist more within the “collective mind,” whereas many humans on Earth live primarily via their individual mind. It is the Collective Mind that has the power to transform a concept into a reality.

If you can find it in your heart to look at the parts of yourself that society deems unlovable, you can put the pieces back together that have been missing. You can bring these parts of yourself that you do not like into the light and shine the love that you have within you on them. In so doing, you can start a movement within yourself, because nothing is ever hidden away completely from the rest of the collective.

At the spiritual level, we do not have to bind down experience into time, space, and the causation framework. The lower three levels of causal, astral, and physical bind experience in different forms of time, space, and causation. When we rise above the level of the mind into pure spirit, we cross the boundary where we can experience timelessness, spacelessness, and causelessness. To rise to this level, we must cross our minds.

Near Death Experience (NDE)

You have the ability to bring to you much more than your minds have the ability to imagine. So letting go of the need to know when, where and how and which and who will enable you to have a wider variety of experiences and will make you more of a match to the experiences that you have decided that you want. It is your ability to feel for the experience that you want to have that is far more significant and far more effective than any of the abilities that you have to plan for events.
