How remarkable is it that there a holiday set aside to remember Gratitude in life? How powerful would the world be if this Gratitude and Appreciation were practiced every day of the year? The power of Gratitude has been studied by scientists, who found that Gratitude is the key to more health and happiness in life. After all… Gratitude is the Attitude that takes you into your heart. During the Holidays, people often come into the spirit of Joy and Appreciation more than other times of the year. Others are challenged by their history as well as their current circumstances that make the holidays more difficult. Below are some suggestions to uplift every day of your life. Even though it may seem that your challenges are insurmountable, your willingness to give thanks lifts the frequencies and provides a container for new life to bloom within you.

We are quite certain that you are progressing nicely, and yet, we also recognize that you can always use some help. Sometimes, some of you would like for us to reach down from the heavens and help you by doing something for you. However, we take much more joy in figuring out how to help you help yourselves. And the reason we take more joy from that is because we know that when you help yourselves, you are growing and becoming.

We know you as energy beings and we experience your souls and oversouls as well as the projections into the physical reality that you are pretending to be right now. We want you to know that we honor you as those projections in the physical just as much as we honor your souls and oversouls. We want you to know that the energy that is required to put you there and give you that experience of the physical is quite large.

We know that you set yourselves up at times for failure. And we know that failure is not always a bad thing, even as you would define it as good or bad. You see, sometimes you think you are supposed to be doing something, and so you set out to do it, and you are unsuccessful, and it is a blessing in disguise. And a lot of times you recognize that years later when you look back at your life and you see how everything actually was unfolding perfectly for you, but we would encourage you to look at your failures in the moment that they are happening as blessings so that you don't have to wait until years later to make sense of them or make peace with them.

Greetings, I extend my love to you. I am Master Yeshua. I bring forth all that I am to you, and all that is the Creator. When we are together we are in oneness. When we are apart we are in oneness. In truth, we are always one.  We hold this energy of unity within our beings; you hold it, I hold it. We hold it gently and lovingly, focusing on our truth. We know that this energy of unity is something unique to us, something that we can share. It connects us all together, and allows us to see the Creator in each other. When we see the Creator in ourselves and in each other, we see love – unconditional love – a love that is eternal; that lasts for eternity. This love cannot be damaged, broken, cut in half, or experience separation. It is simply love – your connection with the Creator.

We follow you energetically and notice the shifts and changes in your collective consciousness. We can tell when you have made a huge leap forward as a collective, and you have done that. You have created within your collective consciousness, a groundswell of compassion. You have begun to see other people on other sides of the world as connected to you in very real ways. The world has gotten smaller because of technology and because news travels so fast, and you are able to generate more compassion within your bodies because of what you have been through in your lives.

I am St. Germain, keeper of the violet flame. You are taking yourselves through the ringer, so to speak, because as a collective, you know that there is a lot that needs to be cleansed from your collective consciousness. You can do it through forgiveness, through meditation, through prayer, through focus, through alignment, but of course, there are enough people who are not choosing to do those things that you need to have so much being played out on the world stage to cause a lot of fear and to spur on a lot of changes.

I work with many of you in the astral plane and we work on various issues that you are facing in your lives. We are partnering in the astral plane to create a better reality for you, and you are understanding that it is up to you as a creator being to do your work once you awaken in the morning. There is always more work to be done, and yet it is my goal to help you see that work as play, as fun, as exactly what you wanted to do when you signed up for a lifetime there on Earth.

Greetings, greetings, I am Lord Buddha. I’m also known as the consciousness of Buddha, the essence of enlightenment. I am a source, I am a collective, and yet I come forward to you today as one; as one with the Creator, as one with all. The oneness of the Creator and the oneness within your being is one of the most important realisations in your spiritual evolution. If you dedicate yourself to recognising/realising/experiencing the oneness that you hold with yourself – with the Creator, with all that is – you will access your own inner enlightenment. 

I am working with each and every one of you, whether you realize it or not, because of my association with planet Earth and humanity. We all go back a long way, and we are all supporting and helping each other, whether it looks that way or not. You all have agreements with one another to play certain roles in each other's lives, and you may not like it when someone else plays a very specific role for you, but I invite you to remember that you asked them to play that very specific role.

You all rely heavily on information at this point in your lives there on Earth. And you all look to various sources of information to tell you what to focus on, who to vote for, what to buy and not buy, what to invest in and so on. You like hearing from the experts, and there are many people out there in the world who have a lot of opinions, a lot of beliefs, and a lot of experiences. And they can make all of those things seem like facts that you should also believe in and agree with.

We know you are all doing so much better than you think you are, individually and collectively, and if we could convince you of that, then you could start focusing on more of the positives and stop obsessing over the negatives. If you can simply focus on what is working well for you in your life right now, then you would find that a lot of the problems, the challenges, the issues would get taken care of in magical and mysterious ways.
