Our Body is Like a River - Keep it Flowing A river is in continual flow. If a river stagnates, the water starts to smell and things start to grow in, on and around it. A flowing river doesn’t stagnate, it doesn’t smell and it doesn’t become dis-eased.

Do you make time in your day for hugs? Do you hug openly or hold back? Do you wish to hug others more but feel it may be seen as inappropriate? Do we really understand how powerful the healing effects of hugging are for a human being? Human touch is the most basic form of communication and is essential for life. A mother bonds with her new born baby through touch, a new born baby animal is licked into life by its mother.

Dance, sing, laugh, play, speak , write, drum, engage in shamanic rituals, music that ignites your soul, your passions, your desires and your creativity. Stop playing on your computers and your mobile phones as it is suppressing your creative energy. Did you know that our very essence is to create. We were born to create, express and experience joy. Humanity has got so caught up busily using the left-brain instead of the right. The left is limited and full of ego and separation and will only take you so far. The right on the other hand is limitless and will open up the entire universe for you…. Magic, connection, flow, synchronicity, intuition, joy, soul fulfilment, soul alignment, multidimensionality, soul expression, purpose and mission, service and soul liberation. So much lies here. The seat of your creativity, the seeds of your enlightenment to reach higher planes of existence. 

YOUR CELLS ARE LISTENING TO EVERY WORD YOU SAY... HOW WE SPEAK TO OURSELVES...THE WORDS WE USE AFFECTS OUR BODY Our cells and cellular memories hold lifetimes of emotions and imprints. Our cells follow OUR instructions... they listen to our beliefs, to our thoughts.... to our words.... to the way we speak to ourselves... they listen and they act accordingly to the instructions that we give them. How do you speak to your body? If you continually say 'I am tired' guess what you will be continually tired. If you tell yourself that you are no good... then that will be your outer experience. If you reject your body... it will behave like someone who feels rejected.

ILove is the driving force that brought us here – to find again in the maze, the fog, the illusion of life. We came to find the love. We searched and we seek'd and we lost our way, we looked high and we looked low … we looked everywhere out there, but we forgot to in here… inside. It was hiding there all along, our joy, our peace, our power, our love. It was within all along.

I would like you to imagine a life beyond time. Imagine what that would be like… there would be no rushing around trying to get from A to B. There would be no road rage... people no longer cutting each other up on the roads to get somewhere at a certain time. There would be no more waiting around at home for deliveries. Parents would not stress about getting to school in time to pick their kids up…There would be no restriction, no deadlines, no pressure. Imagine our bodies without stress as ‘time keeping’ creates so much stress in the body and our organs, our cells and our energy levels suffer as a result of this.

As I walked in the forest today... The guides said this was going to be my last lifetime here on Earth.... This message touched me to my core....What if this was for so many of us the last lifetime here on Earth… how would we spend it? We often get lost in our day to day and forget how precious our human life and experience really is. If we knew that this was it, the lifetime that we came for to finally shift the Earth into a new vibration and that we would never have to return... how would we show up every day? What if we had learnt all our lessons, released all karmic attachments, healed our past, fully stepped into our higher calling and higher power, stepped into full alignment, into our authentic truth and set ourselves free in every way… we would not need to come back.

I remember when I first started healing and energy work, I woke up from a dream one night saying out loud ‘IT’S ALL ABOUT THE CHAKRAS!!!!’ I remember my whole body vibrating as if I had discovered a truth so deep in my being that rang absolutely true for me, reconnecting me with memories of work I may have done in other lifetimes. I absolutely believe in every cell of my body that the chakras must be balanced and flowing with energy in order for our body and our life to be flowing and functioning at optimal performance. I have seen so much dis-ease and stagnation in the energy field from blocked chakras, that it is so absolutely crucial for us as humans to know the importance of them.
