hange is the only constant in life. Change can be exciting and daunting, whether it's a new job, a move to a different city, the end of a relationship, or the beginning of a new phase. Fortunately, you don't have to navigate these transitions alone. Your spirit guides, those benevolent beings who assist you from the spiritual realm, are always ready to help.

We have so much respect and admiration for all of you there on Earth, but we also have so much love, and we feel that love for you in every moment of our existence. We have trained ourselves to be heart-centered, to be focused on how we feel, and to be loving to ourselves, as well as to others. Now, we are nonphysical beings, but we once did have bodies, and we had hearts, and we began the training when we still had hearts, but the focus is the same. You want to focus on your center in order to access the love that you truly are. You want to find someone or something to remind you of that love, and then take your attention off of them or it, so that you become more interested in the feeling of love inside of you.

THE COLLECTIVE: Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today. This week our writer wishes to speak with Mother Sekhmet, who is amongst us always. CAROLINE: Mother Sekhmet, I have been feeling very strongly that the time for humanity to learn from extreme density—violence, and all kinds of trauma such as created by war and other atrocities—is well over. What is the point of our suffering in this way any longer?

We have a perspective that we like to share with all of you on just about everything that you are living there on planet Earth. We love to share our perspective with you because we know that it broadens your minds, and because when you encounter higher-vibrational energy, it also expands your hearts.

This is an introduction to my energy and my essence. I am most associated with the violet flame, and I would like to help all of you understand that the violet flame is you. It is within you; it is all around you. It is the way that you connect to the highest frequency energies that you have available to you.
