Are you ready now to follow the Flow into the Higher Frequencies of Reality? - But what is the Flow and what are the Higher Frequencies of Reality? I have had a deep relationship with the Higher Dimensional Being all my life.  I make this statement not to boast as to Follow the Flow may be not easy to fully understand and there are many challenges to life with the process of “following the Flow”.  I make this statement not to boast as to Follow the Flow may be not easy to fully understand and there are many challenges to life with the process of “following the Flow”. 

It is within the sharing of happiness with others that you can learn more about the happiness within yourself. If you never share happiness with others, it will be difficult to find it within yourself. If you want to understand happiness, allow yourself to feel the happiness that begins from within your own heart and mind. Happiness cannot be bought, but it can be given away for free. 

Happy New Year to us all as we move into a new, more expanded version of our reality! Of course, every one of us must set our own pace for when and where we choose to expand our consciousness into the higher fourth and fifth dimensional frequency of reality.  Just as there are different version of how we perceive reality, we are beginning to remember that WE are the creators of our reality! We are the creators of our reality by what we choose to think, what we choose to learn, what we choose to do, and how we choose to remember our dreams, our early childhood memories, our inner communications, and that which can only be perceived from within our Soul. I look at the stairs above me and feel a sparkle of love calling me to climb them. But when I try, I find that an inner pull urges me to turn and go down the stairs below me. I turn to look down the stairway and feel a fear that chills my heart. “Why would I want to go down there?” I say to myself.

 I awake, or have I just fallen asleep, to find myself on a stairway. Above me the stairs get brighter and of a looser form. Below me the stairs become darker and more constricted to form. I look at the stairs above me and feel a sparkle of love calling me to climb them. But when I try, I find that an inner pull urges me to turn and go down the stairs below me. I turn to look down the stairway and feel a fear that chills my heart. “Why would I want to go down there?” I say to myself.

  I gazed upon the glorious being floating just before me. Its light filled the entire room with a warm radiation. “Who are you?” I asked within my heart. “I am you, Beloved,” was the unexpected reply. I did not understand what the beautiful being had said. I was not glorious. I could not float in the air as the being before me did, and I definitely did not have enough light to fill the entire room. I was just a regular person with a regular life. Some days I felt good, even peaceful, but some days, I felt bad, even tormented. I did my job as well as I could and tried to pay my bills on time.

We are entering a very special time as we begin a new millennium. Many ancient writings, modern books, and websites state that we are on the threshold of an era when the veils of forgetfulness will be parted one by one. Then our consciousness will expand to encompass the components of ourselves that have been repressed, ignored, and forgotten. If we could remember and be fully conscious of all the components of our true selves, we would be aware of the lessons and reasons for each of life’s challenges. The challenges would still exist, but the confusion and perhaps even the doubt could be erased from our experiences. Then the Arcturians came into my awareness and began to tell me that it was an Arcturians, but I did not tell anyone about my meetings. I thought they were in my mind only. Then the Arcturians came into my awareness and began telling me that they were Arcturians. 

You may think that your world is the same, but if you look deep into your consciousness you will find that it has greatly changed. Whereas before you looked within and sensed the warning to be careful and even secretive, you now find the message that something has changed. You may not, yet, know what that something is. However, there is a feeling of safety where once there was a sense of alert. Your body, which has been running on adrenalin for much of this life, in fact most of your Earthly incarnations, is now going through adrenalin withdrawal. It is because of this withdrawal that you feel so exhausted and may even have episodes of anger for no apparent reason.

I have often had the experience of a higher-dimensional reality. As a child, I began to believe there are higher dimensions. At first, I had no idea that my imagination would also bring me to the Arcturians. And I began to have many dreams and different thoughts also, along with the dreams… Then the Arcturians came into my awareness and began to tell me that it was an Arcturians, but I did not tell anyone about my meetings. I thought they were in my mind only. Then the Arcturians came into my awareness and began telling me that they were Arcturians. 

The world that we have known so far seems to be growing more and more from the small tree of years ago into the HUGE true that seems to continue to grow and grow and grow! This tree began as a small bush, but as we move more and more into the future this small tree is becoming bigger and bigger!  Of course, there are many part of our daily life that once seemed to be just a quick moment, grown larger and larger, just like the above tree.

NOW is the time for us all to remember that Gaia is a living being. For far too long humans have only thought of our dear planet as a "thing." What if Gaia was not just a "thing?" In fact, what if Gaia is actually a living being that is wearing a very different form from all the beings that live on her planetary body? Of course, most of humanity has the need to think of being a human is the highest frequency of life form that could happen. However, what if the planet Earth was a living being?  It is then that we must look deep into our selves and high above our fears and sorrows.  Sometimes our lives seems to move along the same trail again and again. 

As we move along into new adventures we will begin to remember that our life is what we have chosen it to be, some times. But some times our lives move into a different projection that we thought it would. It is then that we must look deep into our selves and high above our fears and sorrows.  Sometimes our lives seems to move along the same trail again and again. 

Humanity's Multidimensional Life is just beginning to awaken to the humans who are aware to their own Multidimensional Body.  Just as Gaia has many bodies, such as the waters, the plants, the birds and all of Gaia's planetary beings, there are many other planetary Beings.  Yes, plants and birds, and animals and even people have innate multidimensional qualities, which most humans have not yet perceived within themselves and/or within all the living beings that live on dear Gaia's Planetary Body.
