The nervous system has two duties. The nerves allow you to interact with the world; and, as the yogis of ancient times discovered, the nerves also serve to connect you with God. The life force in man’s body ordinarily flows outward from the brain and spine through the nerves to the senses and their external experiences.

We love you no matter what, and that is because we have practiced being in the state of being of love. We don't rely on everyone else to be lovable all the time so that we can be in that love state. We rely on our ability to focus, to bring ourselves into alignment with Source so that we can have the experience of you that we want to have, which may be different than the experience you are having in any given moment. This is why it is so valuable for all of you to have all of us up here in the higher-dimensional planes.

A powerful astrological event occurred last week that will be affecting us for the next seven years. The planet Uranus, called the Liberator, moved into comfort-loving Taurus. Uranus is best known for its ability to accelerate our evolution and assist us in breaking free from old patterns and outdated systems — usually in unexpected ways.

We would like to give you all a summary of our teachings, of what it means to master yourselves and your reality. And so here is that summary. First of all, you need to be yourself. You were created to be you. You are a unique aspect of Source Energy who is meant to be that unique aspect of Source Energy. Therefore, even if sometimes it looks like someone over there is having a much better time than you are, and it looks that way because they are living a much different life from the one you are living, or because they are much more athletic or gifted in some other way, You still have to be you. Lean into your strengths, your gifts, and do what you desire to do.
