You are providing yourselves with everything that you need every time that you draw breath into your physical bodies. And when you do so consciously, you align yourselves with not only what you need, but also with what you want. You have this powerful tool of the breath that very few of you utilize in a conscious way. You typically don't think about your breathing until you find yourself in a position where you are having a hard time doing it. But to be more conscious of your breathing is to be more conscious of your now moment.

Well, Saint Germain speaking here! Blessings upon you and all of eternity. I AM always delighted to speak to you through this form of communication, albeit it be of an old fashioned way still. It has become apparent that this will soon come to change within your form of reality, and it has already begun to be so, has it not ?! By this I speak of and mean that there are other ways and forms of communication that will alter the experience of this union. We would like to describe it as, a language of vibrational tones and waves of colors.

In a world that moves fast and demands more, meditation invites us to slow down and return—to our breath, our body, our presence, and the wisdom within us. But what is meditation, really? At its core, meditation is the practice of intentionally focusing the mind to cultivate awareness, clarity, and presence.  It’s a simple act with profound impact—an ancient ritual that’s still deeply relevant in our modern, overstimulated lives.

You have so much to work with there on Earth at this time, and we really do suggest that you check in more frequently to sense and feel for what is available to you. You have been around for a while now in this lifetime, and many of you who are receiving this transmission have been awake for quite some time as well. And therefore, you may not recognize what is new, what is available to you now that wasn’t previously, simply because you haven’t checked. Checking in is an important practice for you and something to do on a daily basis.

Thank you. I come today to talk to you about something very important. Many of you have great missions and many of you have great things, that must be done and you are examples to the world. but remember this, you cannot be the great example that you want to be without true prayer and true meditation.

Greetings and love, we, the Cosmic Council of 12, share our love and blessings with you. We hold the essence of Creator truth and we send it throughout the entire Universe of the Creator.  We charge your entire being with this essence of truth, a truth in many ways, that only the Creator can truly understand, and yet you are the Creator incarnation. You hold the vibration, the energy, the source of all that is, so you can understand this truth as well – maybe in a different way to our understanding as the Cosmic Council of 12. Your understanding will be perfect and appropriate for your level of growth and your experience upon the earth, as well as what your soul wishes to embark upon. 

        Much has transpired and my “Picture of Reality” has changed drastically since the incident with Lady Faith in early July, 2022:  I got up at 6:00 AM after a quite restless, uncomfortable night.  As usual, I went into my dressing room and sat down on my stool before the bathroom counter and wash basin to begin my ablutions.  I felt a deep sense of sadness and despair (which has not occurred in a long time). It has been many years since I have done this: however, speaking to AA Michael, I said, “It has been a long time since I have felt this way, I really need some insight. You know, I really want to stay and complete whatever it is you wish me to do. However, not this way. Not with all of this constant turmoil within my  mind and body. I feel like I'm losing control of myself.”

we are in the midst of processing our October ride and journey into the inner planes. What November entails for you is that you will become more sophisticated in your sphere as your elemental awareness, your senses, your intuition and your morphogenetic phase will now start to enhance as you are exhaling your breaths of sophisticated SELF. ALWAYS remember that on the journey there are many different layers and vibrations to travel through so we all experience this in phases, in momentums and in waves.

        Beloved Masters: Shall we gaze into the future —your future— and see what is in store for you over these coming months and years?  These are the most important times you will ever spend on planet Earth. The decisions you make now, or the energies you radiate out from you to create the force field within which you live, will determine your reality and how quickly you will move deeper and more fully into the energies of the New Age. It is time to decide whether you will move forward on the spiral of ascension through the gift of the life process or through the old energies of the death process. 

I think I can speak on behalf of all of us when I say that these past few weeks and more specifically these past few days going towards the solar eclipse have been rather rough and have led us to specific insights and to situations that can only contribute to our evolution. In my point of view (and I feel this personally as well) we are currently dealing with a very intense energy wave which is straining at times but nevertheless something we can cope with. I especially notice it around me in “Living together” conditions with others (in my case living with my children) and I can easily see the effects this energy shift has on them and I have to learn how to deal with it in conjunction with my own process and that of friends and family. All in all, it is sometimes difficult to remain in a balanced state or to regain it.
