Imagination encourages you to create from your limitless self. And if you’re expanding your consciousness then practicing from a place of limitlessness is a great place to start.

we suggest that you begin to look at, examine, your thoughts and your impulses. In other words, witness what you are experiencing and then see if you can trace back the origins of the thought or the impulse to act that you are having. This will be a fun game for you.
