In my work of QHHT I am keenly aware of how people navigate through their consciousness to bypass their analytical left brain and access the infinite knowledge of the right brain; what some refer to as the subconscious, the High Self or intuition. It is in this exploration of consciousness and in conversation with the clients’ High Selves that I have discovered that humans are merging the left and right sides of the brain, and in so doing are having profound long-lasting connection to this aspect of their High Self.

The purpose of each individual on the planet in this life-time, is to awaken to who they truly are as Divine, Light and Love. Align with that knowing. Embody it and live as Love. To remember that we already know and have access to the wisdom of the Universe.

11/11 the Energy Wave that pulls together Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul. Take you to a deeper experience living as Divine Human. Living as the Love, the Light that you are.

Have you taken a look under your bed lately? What’s lurking underneath? Is the underside of your bed jam packed with shoe boxes,  old papers, clothes, linens, pictures and/or broken items? Being an apartment/condo dweller all my adult life I always held the point of view that the space underneath my bed was a great hidden storage area. I would shove as much as I could underneath it.

Many people on a Conscious Journey of Ascension have been on the move for the last three years and will continue to be as their energy no longer matches their location and they feel the inner pull to move somewhere new.

August 12th Energy Update: Solar Winds are picking up. Perseid Meteor shower is in full effect. We are in-between Eclipses and now Mercury turns Retrograde at 9 pm tonight Eastern Time. When Mercury turns retro 3-4 times a year it is a period of slowing down, turning inward and reflecting back to learn from the past, make adjustments, sometimes big changes and then move forward again more fully aligned with that which you desire.

September 1st Energy Update: Happy September! Balance is going to start to enter back into our lives this month fueled by the upcoming Equinox. We have been through much since June Solstice. Remember those days in July when all we could do is sleep? Our diets changed and our bodies and Spirit demanded we just BE rather then take action. We were being prepared for the August Eclipses.

A=432 Hz, known as Verdi’s ‘A’ is an alternative tuning that is mathematically consistent with the universe. Music based on 432Hz transmits beneficial healing energy, because it is a pure tone of math fundamental to nature.

According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz, 528 Hertz is a frequency that is central to the “musical mathematical matrix of creation.” More than any sound previously discovered, the “LOVE frequency” resonates at the heart of everything. It connects your heart, your spiritual essence, to the spiraling reality of heaven and earth.

It has been quite a journey for some of you who have incarnated to be awakened at this time of the shift. You have chosen to be leaders in the movement of energy, and this has led you to experience less-than-ideal third-dimensional lives. In other words, you needed a reason to want to go within yourselves, to want to experience something more than what the physical planet had to offer.

You cannot change what you do not know, and so it often is in your world, your beliefs will manifest in the physical so that you can determine if it is something you would like to keep or if there is another belief that would suit your desires better at that time. Certainly we are aware that there are so very many who have such very strong beliefs surrounding love at this time. We are not sharing our perspective to change another’s beliefs; we are simply offering another perspective.

Messages from your guides come in many different packages. You may not even recognize a message as having been sent by a guide, but you can always recognize the frequency of the message. The frequency is what gives a message its validity. It either resonates with you or it does not. So you can wonder whether a message comes from your guides
