Now that you have become more aware of what is happening, you can accept that there are certain growing pains associated with your ascension. You recognize that when you release something, you first have to dig it up. It first has to come to the surface, before it can be released. You have to be made aware of it before you can let it go, and the other key in all of this is you are understanding how important it is to let go of judgment.

This month we are being guided to pay attention to the clutter in our minds, especially if it's preventing us from manifesting our ideas into the physical realm. More so we must be aware of our emotions that may be at the mercy of a mind driven by ego. During the ascension process, we clear away old patterns, behaviors, wounds, and trauma, but residual clearing can sneak up on us when we least expect it, creating the perfect playground for the ego to do its work. In fact, all parts of yourself are necessary in order to be the whole you that you are as your higher self. So this journey needs to be comfortable for that egoic perspective. You don’t want to take on too much all at once. You don’t want to shatter your old way of doing things all at once. You want to bring yourself, all parts of yourself, along slowly, gingerly, with tenderness and care.

A channeled message from my perspective as God discussing time. Time is an element of the universe that allows existence.  From the perspective of God, there is no time.  In my Ego form, I think of time in terms of the time on the clock.  But God looks at time in terms of everything throughout existence that exists right now.  Time is completely relative.  How you perceive time is a matter of perspective.  For God, "time" does not exist.

The ego preaches and creates a feeling of being incomplete, minor and rebuked, while the authentic self inspires, motivates and creates the feeling of wholeness. The ego mind needs identification. It cannot stand the idea of just being and doing without a label or role. It loves to define what we are and what we are not.

More and more people feel confused, experience intense mental spiralling, emotional breakouts and physical pain and dysfunctions. The world we once knew all of a sudden is out of joint and we are doubting and questioning if the life we live is really all there is. “What is going on here and how do I get out of this?”

When we slowly start to wake up, we realize that what we believed to be true is not so true after all. Step by step we discover a much bigger reality as the one our little ego mind had been operating in. And this does not end during our awakening process. Although we might feel that we are already spiritually advanced, our spiritual ego can play its nasty tricks on us to get back into the lead and keep us in spiritual belief systems. It is difficult to detect it and many people struggle to discover their ego at play. Nevertheless, this is the key to really move into wholeness and enter into the fifth dimension. How can we tell the difference and discover whether our ego or our soul is active? And how can we switch back into our heartspace and intuition to make sure our soul is in the lead?

Pretty intense experiences at the moment, huh? We are going through seemingly endless thought spirals, anxiety attacks, big old ego programs related to aggression, control, manipulation, frustration, disappointments etc. We have a hard time to focus, often feel disconnected. We have weirdest food cravings, a lot of need to rest, not knowing what to do with ourselves, lucid dreaming, intense headaches, the eyes blurry as never before, and the whole body is just going berserk with wildest symptoms, skin break-outs, infections, ascension flu, hot and cold flashes etc. And our mind is hopelessly lost, all it can think is:  Where is the emergency exit?

It will look for a time still that there are different versions of earth you can play out, different versions of earth you can play in during the integration and re-ascension process. There will be different realities and different timelines to jump on and play on, but we don’t see a dramatic physical ripping apart and creation of two or three separate planets where you’re suddenly no longer able to interact at all with the other—certainly not in your short term, not at all—and not even really as we’re looking at the long term plan.

it’s time to liberate the ego from all this bad press and return it to its original Latin meaning of I or self. Once you’ve done that, you can take the next step to expand the meaning it to include the exciting collaboration between the physical self and the energetic self because you’re both. When you do, you’ll realize that your ego is always evolving and becoming a richer and wiser and clearer embodiment of your Essence because you determine it and you have mastery over it. That’s the journey of en-lightenment that we’re all on … ego and all!

There is an aspect of you in the third dimensional reality termed “ego.” Many of us have been taught to believe the ego is a problem and something we want to eliminate and be free of. Many on their spiritual journey do battle with the ego and see it as the nemesis of their spiritual growth.
