This is a post I’ve been wanting to do for awhile. Ascension has so many layers to it and a lot of the information can feel intangible. When we begin learning about frequencies and raising our vibration to tune into the higher dimensions, it can feel a little overwhelming to the logical brain. But there is a lot available to us in some of the knowledge many of us have learned through a basic high school education. It’s simply a matter of applying this knowledge to everything we are now learning.
We hear a lot about our lightbody and increasing the light quotient of our cells as we shift into a heart-based reality. And there are many tools we have to do this, such as meditation, frequency manipulation, energy work, visions and so on. But we also have tangible physical things we can do for our body that assist in this very beautiful journey of awareness. Remember, the body is a vessel for our consciousness which means, it is connected to everything as well. Having a healthy balance of tangible and intangible tools to work with during the ascension process is vital to our personal and collective success.
I wanted to share with you how Intermittent Fasting and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) help our physical cells hold more light as we raise our frequencies and tune into the higher dimensions. It all has to do with the Mitochondria – the powerhouse of our cells.
