Unity doesn’t mean that you’re all thinking the same thoughts, or holding the same perspective, or having the exact same beliefs. Unity means loving each other even though those others exist with their differing perspectives.

Dreams can be many things; interpretations of your current reality, they can be your physical mind’s way of trying to understand on a conscious level what you were doing while your conscious mind was sleeping. Dreams can be symbols from your higher selves trying to send messages to you; they can also be premonitions of realities that have a high probability of manifesting in your current reality.

You will never escape your interconnectedness with all other humans, no matter what timeline you find yourself on. And that serves you very well, because the more you see yourself as a collective, the higher you vibrate. And the higher you vibrate, the better the timeline is that you find yourself on, and it will be better for all, not just a few.

What you give your fellow humans that is most valuable is your unconditional love, your compassion, and your belief in the good inside of them. When you allow others to be where they are and to evolve at their own pace, you do them more good than you know.

We recommend that you accept that a truth resonates with you for the time being because you are playing a particular role, but as you continue on in your journey you are going to want to play different roles, and you are going to resonate with different truths as you continue to evolve and become more of the totality of who you are.

There is an aspect of you in the third dimensional reality termed “ego.” Many of us have been taught to believe the ego is a problem and something we want to eliminate and be free of. Many on their spiritual journey do battle with the ego and see it as the nemesis of their spiritual growth.

Your Higher Self is, in simple terms, the highest aspect of you that can be attained and held in the physical body. It is the part of you that knows, sees, and understands at the highest level possible, while the physical part of you still continues to move around in the third dimension. Anchoring the wisdom of the Higher Self into your physicality is very much a part of our human spiritual evolution and purpose.

You may feel the need to release objects you have owned for a while, or find that you are looking at them as things you barely recognize as your own. You may feel the need to dramatically shift your daily living patterns, where you live, or the form of work you do. Or to change or release a relationship you have been in for a while. You may desire more or less food, or suddenly tangibly feel the dense energy and unhealthful heaviness of animal products. Or you may begin to see animals differently, realizing that you are able to speak with them telepathically, and see their personhood. You may be seeing objects such as rocks and trees, and even blades of grass or weeds by the side of the road, as living, breathing beings who have a story to tell, a journey to take. All of these are indications of the unprecedented higher vibrations traveling through all of your energy systems now

The Ascension timeline which is of 5D frequency and above is fully functional and ready for all who can maintain the lowest frequency consistently within their form. Each of the temporary timelines is designed to funnel into the next highest until all who are willing to do the inner work are on the same collective timeline. This is not a one shot deal as we have agreed to ascend as a collective. This agreement does not stop people from moving forward but rather those that have moved forward are being asked to be the calming lighthouse for the others.

Reality it meant to be commanded rather than the idea of asking or wishing. Whereas asking or wishing can serve in some aspects, what truly brings forward true manifestation is your ability to act through commanding your will.

Humans are not the only creatures with auras, however. every living thing has an aura around it. In an average individual, it will extend 8 to 10ft around the body and for some enlightened or ancient masters, it could extend around several miles from their physical body. Some have the ability to see the size, color and type of vibration of an aura., but can be separated into smaller elements just like your chakras. Children are very good at seeing and experiencing aura. Those experience are often translated into their drawings.

Dark chocolate is actually healthy for your body. It can reduce diseases,  helps control your body fluids. Dark Chocolate is shown to be good source for health, and body. Dark chocolate decreases bad mood because, the chocolate has an ingredient called cocoa which is actually good for your brain. It lightens the bad mood and you become happier. For example, have you ever noticed kids become more happy when they eat chocolate? well now you know! It all happens with one bite of chocolate.
