Aura is an electromagnetic field or Human Energy Field-HEF that surrounds the human body. It usually appear as a glow encompassing your entire body. Humans are not the only creatures with auras, however. every living thing has an aura around it.  In an average individual, it will extend 8 to 10ft around the body and for some enlightened or ancient masters, it could extend around several miles from their physical body. Some have the ability to see the size, color and type of vibration of an aura., but can be separated into smaller elements just like your chakras. Children are very good at seeing and experiencing aura.  Those experience are often translated into their drawings.

The aura consist of seven layers OR auric fields . Each one of the subtle bodies that exist around the physical body, has its own unique signature frequency. They are interrelated, and affect one another and the person’s feelings, emotions, thinking, behaviour, and health as well. Therefore a state of imbalance in one of the bodies leads to a state of imbalance in the others.

Auras are made up of the following auric fields:

The physical field vibrates at the lowest frequency of all fields, is visible to the human eye without training and changes according to health and wellbeing.

The etheric field is like a blueprint for the physical body. It usually has a grey appearance and changes based on how energy flow throughout the body.  It handles energy exchange between the universal energy field and the physical body.

The emotional field is one of the more colourful fields and changes hue based on mood and that well being of each chakra. Stress and tension will affect the state of this field. It is more oval than the etheric field which tends to follow the shape of the physical body.

The mental field is usually more spread out than the emotional even though it overlaps. It is visible as bright yellow, usually around the crown of the head. In religious paintings important figures are seen with a yellow halo just like the mental field appears to those who can see it. It changes depending on how confused or focussed you are and benefits from work on 3rd and 5th chakras.

The astral field acts as a nexus between the physical and spiritual realms. It exists in it’s own plane, the astral plane, free of the confines of time and space. It generates colours similar to the emotional field, but usually with a reddish hue. Benefits from work on all chakras.

The celestial field or spiritual field has access to all energies from the universe and appears as pastel colours similar to those of the emotional field. It acts as a template for the etheric field in the physical plane.

The causal field is named causal because it is to do with the direction your life is going to take. Appearing as a pale gold to the viewer, this field exists well beyond death and even into the next life. Energy here is used to direct our lower levels of existence based on a world without time or space. It is the equivalent of the mental field in the spiritual plane.

How to see Aura

Auras are more ethereal in nature and look like wisps of smoke around your body. So there are various exercise or practice to see aura. One of them is to situate the person in front of a very softly illuminated plain white background. A color background will change Aura colors, so you need additional knowledge about combining colors. Some combinations of background and Aura colors may cause misinterpretation problems.  Choose one spot to look at. The middle of the forehead is very good. This is a location of so called Brow Chakra or the Third Eye. In some cultures (India) they put a mark on a forehead. Such a mark in ancient times could mean the invitation to look and see the Aura. Look at this spot for 30 to 60 seconds or longer After 30 seconds analyze surroundings with your peripheral vision, while still looking at the same spot. Continuing the concentration is most important. Resist temptation to look around. You should see that the background nearby the person is brighter and has a DIFFERENT color than the background further away. This is your own perception of the Aura. The longer you concentrate, the better you will see it. Remember, concentration on one spot increases your sensitivity by accumulating the effect of the Aura vibration reaching your eyes.

Next you can also try with animals and objects.

See your own Aura

  • Stand about 1.5 m in front of a good size mirror. In the beginning it is best if the background behind you is plain white and there are no shadows. Illumination should be VERY soft and uniform not bright. Follow instructions above for seeing Auras.
  • PRACTICE for at least 10-15 minutes each day to increase your sensitivity and develop Auric sight. Remember that practice is required to develop Auric sight.

Using Technology to see Aura

Kirlian photography refers to a form of contact print photography, theoretically associated with high-voltage. It is named after Semyon Kirlian, who in 1939 accidentally discovered that if an object on a photographic plate is subjected to a strong electric field, an image is created on the plate. The image looks like a colored halo or coronal discharge. This image is said to be a physical manifestation of the spiritual aura or “life force” which allegedly surrounds each living thing.

I’m a seeker and have been on a spiritual path for many years now. I truly believe that the knowledge I acquired all these years has completely changed my life. I now see and understand reality differently from the way I used to. Over many eras, a number of masters/teachers have guided and shared their great wisdom on spirituality. Even today, I see a number of great Masters and Channelers helping individuals raise their frequencies and vibrations by guiding them to follow the path of oneness. My vision is to bring awareness and share their knowledge to as many beings as I can.Living Librarian then is formed to bring people together to promote peace, love, wisdom, spiritual knowledge, acceptance and compassion. If you ask me to come up with one word that sums up what I’ve learned thus far in my spiritual journey, I would say it is “Love.” Loving unconditionally everything and everyone, regardless of who they are, where they are from, or the perspectives they hold is the ultimate sign of a spiritually evolved being. see more..
