Greetings and love, we, the Cosmic Council of 12, share our love and blessings with you. We hold the essence of Creator truth and we send it throughout the entire Universe of the Creator.  We charge your entire being with this essence of truth, a truth in many ways, that only the Creator can truly understand, and yet you are the Creator incarnation. You hold the vibration, the energy, the source of all that is, so you can understand this truth as well – maybe in a different way to our understanding as the Cosmic Council of 12. Your understanding will be perfect and appropriate for your level of growth and your experience upon the earth, as well as what your soul wishes to embark upon. 

Dearest Hearts, you are approaching a powerful time of initiation and transformation for all of Humanity, but also for the Planet. At this powerful transit of the Eclipse on the 20th April and the Taurus Gate and Full Moon Eclipse in Scorpio, you will embody and integrate the frequencies of the Emerald Heart. This will enable you to receive, hold and transmit the 9D frequencies of the Aldebaran Star Garden and to anchor these frequencies for the New Earth. You will also be initiated into the new Tree of Life for the New Earth and the Age of Aquarius. This is the Tree of Life and Grace, called the Tree of Grace, that has been inaugurated at the centre of the Star Garden to hold the central pillar of Life for the New Earth.

Dearly Beloved Souls, you stand now at the threshold of the New Earth Aquarian Age.  You are ready to complete and anchor your transition into the Multi-Dimensional New Earth. When we worked with you previously, in December of 2022, we activated the Golden Solar Heart (8th Dimensional) and the Galactic Diamond Heart (9th Dimensional) to allow you to access and ground those Higher Frequencies.  Now we are inviting you to activate and energise the Aqua Heart aspect that connects you to the pure flow of Crystalline Cosmic Water from the “Throne of God” or Source.

We greet you in this day of auspicious shifts into your reality of being. We are the Tsolians of the Delta Quadrant of this Cosmic multiverse and once again we come forth with a message of peace and exhilarated energies to uplift and assist the Cosmic reawakening within the Self. We move from consciousness to consciousness to instigate some awareness and to bring the Cosmic Source in alignment with your collective awareness, this through this communication but also through the awareness of our Cosmic Being on an energy level of consciousness. We are here to speak of the infrared spectrum and of the integration of your Cosmic Divine Self, your I AM awareness in this state of being.

Dear Human Being, you are not in our dimensionality and we recognize that. You cannot see us as we see you. There seems to be a test at hand, and you are aware of it. However, it's not a test of the Human Being, but rather it's a test of energy. How far will you go with the divine energy you are discovering in yourself? How far will you stretch out your hand to meet the hand of the Creator inside you? You are a piece of the benevolent creation of the earth, disguised as a Human Being in corporeal form, unaware of your creative seeds, of even how you got here. That's who you are. In your linear form, however, you continue to ask all of the common linear questions: "How do I do this or that? How many times should I do it? How often? What duration?"
