Ever wonder why “just being” or “I’m doing so much” does not shift things the way you want them to shift? Just being is the feminine (feeling). Preparing the ground. Being creative and gathering insights and ideas. But without the masculine of focus (thinking) and action (impulse of embodiment) nothing will ever shift.
The fertile ground is nice, but without the decision and action of planting a seed nothing will ever grow. On the other hand, “doing everything” is overdoing and not leaving space for growth. It is a true art of letting go and having the patience (feminine being) until the fruit is ripe to harvest (masculine doing). That is perfect balance. Now many believe that this is why a woman needs a man and vice versa.
No, the dance of the feminine and masculine is something within you. Once they are dancing in harmony, it is called inner union (embodiment of harmony). Only then it is possible to join the collective dance of other people that have found inner union within for true co-creation. When you no longer need anything from outside you are ready to share without giving yourself away or taking from others.
This is true for the energetic as well as the physical. See it like training a muscle. When you “just are” the muscle will not change. Or you even avoid training, it will get worse and weaker (protection/shielding). The same happens when you are overdoing it, when you are going to work out every day, when you are trying too hard, when you are trying to use drugs or supplements to reach results faster, you have the opposite effect. It gets worse, and the muscle is not becoming stronger by itself. It might look stronger, but that is just the outer appearance.
The shell, the mask. It is not sustainable. Finding the sweetspot between being and doing is the key in whatever situation. Expansion and growth is only possible that way. Only being or only overdoing both disrespect the natural cycles (the dance of the masculine and feminine). No matter what you look at in this world you can see where there is disrespect and disharmony. Whether in relationships, in business, in politics etc.
And it is true mastery to just be an observer without feeling the need of fixing it. Accepting this as a necessary step of human evolution as a mirror to recognize ourselves and see where we still have some “work-out” to do to find our inner union. The moment there is harmony within you, you start being a beacon of harmony that nothing or no one can bring out of balance anymore. A beacon that effects everything and everyone around you, triggering that journey back into harmony for others to follow.
Being a source of inspiration just by being a living example of embodied inner union. All there is to be and do is to share that inner harmony with the world. So – no matter if you are more a be-er or a do-er. Get out of your comfort zone and train your energetic and physical harmony muscles. The mirrors (triggers) will show you the way. The door is where you feel resistance. That is the path to inner union.
