1.Dark Chocolate Slows the sign of aging :

Scientist proven that dark chocolate can actually slow signs of aging. Dark chocolate has some nutrients and minerals that hydrate your skin from dehydration, they make your skin glow and make it healthy. It also means, it will slow down the wrinkles! so all you ladies out there no longer have to worry.  

3.Reduces your stress:

Scientist also say that dark chocolate reduces stress, they proved their theory by  conducting an experiment. They took a group and people and told them to describe their week, and how stressed they were when they come back from work. The scientist told them to take dark chocolate for a week, and by the end of the period describe how they felt. Surprisingly they found out that, their stress level was decreased, and they could come home feeling untroubled.

5.Lowers your blood pressure:

Study says that in dark Chocolate has 50-70 percent of cocoa. The participants in the experiment all had dark chocolate everyday for at least a month. The data shows that since they started eating dark chocolate continuously, the blood pressure decreased dramatically. It helped lower their blood pressure to the right amount.

Dark chocolate decreases bad mood because, the chocolate has an ingredient called cocoa which is actually good for your brain. It lightens the bad mood and you become happier. For example, have you ever noticed kids become more happy when they eat chocolate? well now you know! It all happens with one bite of chocolate.

4.Helps control blood sugar:

Blood sugar, is the sugar that the bloodstream carries to all the cells in your body to supply energy. Some people have too much, or too low, and cannot control it, but dark chocolate can. Dark chocolate increase levels of nitric oxide in the body which helps the blood to relax, open up, and control the blood sugar. It works because of the cocoa in the dark chocolate.  Cocoa has rich minerals like iron, magnesium, phosphorous, copper and manganese.

 6. Decreases your chance of a heart disease:

Heart disease are very deadly, and tremendously mournful.Heart disease can cause a heat attack which can lead to death. Many people suffer from this, and  lose a loved one, which is dreadful. But we can prevent heart diseases, and make our bodies a safe environment, for yourself, and for others around you. Dark chocolate can help you do that. The dark chocolate has a powder that is mixed in with it, it has minerals that other items don’t have.
