As we wind up our February bridge building, we’ll be focusing on our relationships with the Sacred Elements: Fire, Air, Earth and Water.

These relationships can be the most taken for granted and yet they hugely influence our lives, from our physical health to our spiritual well-being.

For instance, someone with a weak relationship to Water can be dehydrated and/or somehow blocked emotionally and/or not flowing mentally or spiritually. You can see how impactful this might be on other relationships!

Once the measurements are brought to light, remedies come forth to help a return to balance with each element. The combination of those remedies and an awareness of how these living energies work with and through us makes all the difference.

I’ve been amazed over the years at how specific the readings of the Sacred Elements and their fixes can be. A couple of years ago, I gave one to a lifetime NYC’er, who had recently moved to Colorado and was having a hard time anchoring into the community and finding new friends. Like many New Yorkers, she had a very low Earth relationship so I gave her some remedies to try, including wearing earth colors and hiking in the hills. She promptly informed me that she never wore those colors and wouldn’t be hiking anytime soon.

Three weeks later, she excitedly called to say that she had succumbed after all to wearing the suggested colors and had come to enjoy her time outside a lot. In fact, while hiking she had met some wonderful, like-minded friends, who had since introduced her to their extended network. She said she finally felt “at home.”

None of this is surprising when we remember that we’re vibrational beings, right? 😉

In recent readings, I’ve noticed a pattern that people are low in their relationship to Fire, which makes sense because in each case, there’s been a lack of exposure to sunlight during the darker winter months. It’s important to to bolster that “fire in the belly” during this season in order to avoid a depressive effect.

Exploring the Sacred Elements brings to the fore the truth that we are of our natural world, in every sense. I think this quote I found recently applies beautifully:

“You are composed of 84 minerals, 23 elements, and 8 gallons of water distributed between 38 billion cells. You’ve been built from scratch by the spare parts of the earth you’ve consumed, according to a set of instructions hidden in a double helix and small enough to be charged by a spermatozoid. You’re recycled butterflies, plants, rocks, streams, firewood, wolfskins and shark teeth,
dis-combined into their smallest parts and rebuilt into the most complex living being on our planet…

You are not living on the earth, you ARE the earth.”

(The unknown author doesn’t mention the stars, but they’re in the mix as well.)

If you have questions about your relationships with the Sacred Elements, please remember that I have a special running for two more days. As long as you book in February, I will honor the scheduling in March:

Love and Infinite blessings,

Hope Fitzgerald
Hope is a Teacher, Coach, Healer, Infinity Waver, End-of-Life Midwife. Since her spiritual awakening at the Findhorn Foundation in 1976, Hope has been a dedicated seeker of truth, healing, and wisdom. For decades, she's been opening her channel to higher guidance through Intuitive Dowsing, and her Spiritual Teaching and Coaching with this tool has helped people transform their lives. In 2010, Hope received a series of visions: first, a massive wave on its way to Earth, representing an incoming evolutionary push for the planet, which ultimately morphed into a standing figure "8" made of flowing water. Through dowsing, it was revealed that this moving geometry was a 10th-dimensional energetic tool called the Infinity Wave, sent to us by a benevolent Universe to more quickly and easily transform pain and suffering into joy and freedom during tumultuous times (which are upon us now). Hope then launched the Wave Energy Center for Conscious Evolution, dedicated to applying the Infinity Wave for positive, expansive development of the individual, the community, and the Earth. Hope has led many workshops and appeared on dozens of international internet and radio shows, continuing to fulfill her mission to encourage individual and planetary awakening around the globe. Hope also offers her services as an energy healer, a certified Neurofeedback Practitioner, and a Death Doula, incorporating sound, Reiki, and essential oils into her work. In addition, she guides intimate groups to potent areas around the world, including Peru, Easter Island, South Africa, France, England, Ireland, Wales, and various U.S. locations. During these spiritual adventures, she teaches ways to communicate with the landscapes, believing that when the powerhouse of the human heart interacts with a highly-charged site, an alchemy occurs that is guaranteed to cause a shift in consciousness. She serves as a faculty member of GodSelf University.
