I always welcome your thoughts, your opinions, and your ideas, and you are welcome to offer them to me at any time. If you want to feel more directly in contact with me, then imagine the violet flame around you, and then expand the violet flame out to all corners of this universe of ours, and you know you will be including me in your extended violet flame. The lines of communication are always open, but sometimes you need something like that to convince your minds that it is possible to connect with a being who exists in the nonphysical.

We are noticing how many energies there are floating around in your atmosphere, and we are also aware of those of you who are sensitive to energies. We notice you having a challenging time sleeping or needing more sleep, and we recognize that some of you do not allow yourselves to rest enough, to relax enough, and to allow in the energies that are upon you. We want you to know that there is a significance to how hydrated you are in regards to how much of these energies you can ground into your bodies, and we also want you to know that there are other ways that you have of acclimating to higher-frequency energies.

We love and respect you so much that we would never desire to trample upon your free will, and yet, we ask you for your assistance in assisting you. We know that there is much you would like to see happening there on Earth that isn’t happening in your current moment, and while we cannot make anything happen in your reality, we certainly can set wheels in motion energetically for you.

Thank you. I come today to talk to you about something very important. Many of you have great missions and many of you have great things, that must be done and you are examples to the world. but remember this, you cannot be the great example that you want to be without true prayer and true meditation.

I was awed to witness it while participating in an impromptu prayer ceremony under a sacred mountain with my dear friend, Gary Malkin, and friends – what a place to experience the ‘tipping point’ moment I spoke about earlier this month!

Hello, Bright Being! We're into our last week of Light exploration - I hope you've enjoyed the month so far. I've been grateful to pay better attention to Light, thanks to the daily solar practices that energetically set me up for an inspired day ahead.  I've also learned a lot about the new Light from our weekly etheric visitors during our Monday meditations... it seems the Ahmmad have prepared us for a whole host of other brilliant souls who are now visiting to continue our education and upgrading. Last week, a deep-voiced being gave us an experience of this new Light as a radiant bubble surrounding each of us - I didn't want to come out of that one!

Hello, Bright Being, and Happy Equinox! Wow - there's so much coming in right now about the increase of Light that this week we're going to put our attention on Brightness. Jorge said the Brightness of the Soul brings Centeredness, Justice and Harmony. I would agree! We had a taste of that during last Monday's Meditation when we were visited by a new, unnamed high being, who delivered an incredible infusion of the "new" Light into our bodies. Our unseen friend described this Light as "so white it was almost blue." It was a stunning experience that you won't want to miss - you can find the replay HERE.

We are considering ourselves to be very fortunate in that we get to be a part of humanity’s evolution of consciousness, because the leap forward that you are taking is such a monumental one. To be a part of a journey like that excites us and brings us joy. We appreciate every single baby step forward that you take, and we celebrate it here in the ninth dimension as if it were our own giant leap forward. We will continue to shower you with praise, love, and everything that you need to move forward, and we will never be discouraged by those moments on your world when something terrible happens.

We are very active at all times with our projections of energies because we know how important it is for us to feel as though we are contributing to the betterment of the entire universe. We have so much love and admiration for those of you who are having a more challenging time in existence, and seeing you suffering and struggling expands our ability to feel compassion and to offer love. We do not feel burdened by this, and we do not feel responsible for you, but we do want to help. We do not help out of a sense of guilt, however, because we know that we have just chosen a different path for our existence at this time.

Prayers of the ego desire-body are answered by allowing you to seek your own solutions, which are manifested from your misconceptions and inappropriate actions. The lessons of life are learned by experiencing what you have created. The ego attracts disharmony and dissatisfaction, and it causes the seeker to look outside of Self for solutions and gratification. You must learn to pray with the purity of your heart and with intentions of the highest order. As you raise your Light quotient, you will increase the magnetic attraction of the heart. You must learn to receive the abundance bestowed upon you with thanksgiving and a grateful heart.

We are thrilled to be among those who are supporting you in this time of your shift in consciousness, and we are also very excited to be your helpers during those times when you are in need. You may wonder how exactly your prayers get answered. When you reach out to higher frequency beings in higher dimensions, you are asking for help from those who are already providing it, but you are so accustomed to life there on planet Earth that you think the squeaky wheel is more likely to get the grease.
