We want you to understand that this is a group effort, and that everyone on the planet is participating whether they are aware of it or not. They align their energy to celebrate something, something that feels big, something that affects all of you, or at the very least, the vast majority. And as a result, you will gather the momentum necessary to make this final push and to put you right on the brink of the fifth dimension.

II climbed the small stairway, which was behind the mysterious locked door, for which I had finally found the key. It was an old fashioned key, an old fashioned keyhole, and an old fashioned door. Of course, my Grandmother cherished the house exactly as it had always been.

We give you the oxygen to breathe and you give us the carbon dioxide we need to breathe—it is a complete cycle of living energy—we are your inbreath, and your outbreath gives us our inbreath—if one of us becomes extinct, the other immediately follows. This is the cycle of life that all are dependent on. We all need each other to live, and you are just now discovering this dependency.

As you begin to tear down the walls of the institution of the reality you have been experiencing, you will find that there is indeed a great deal of power that you can obtain for yourselves. You can start very simply by acknowledging that you can change your interpretation of reality right now. Whatever it is that you are experiencing right now is not something that is unchangeable, and there is not just one interpretation of it. Shift your perspective, and shift your experience of reality, and then see what shifts next.

As you begin to “listen to your body” you will become more familiar with the manners in which your body gives you messages about its needs or your safety. These “silent messages” are Light Language messages that travel through your body via your synaptic firings, waft through your consciousness and activate certain areas of your physical body.

Once you recognize that you are whole now, and that you always have been, you will shed the fear of death completely, and you will no longer need it. As you shift to the fifth dimension, you become the creators of yourselves as well, and you can create yourselves to be whatever you want to be. There will be no need for death in order to start over or to become something new. You will create, and you will re-create, and you will not need to think about survival anymore.

There is quite a bit of talk about the ramifications of the timing of the shift, as it occurs on planet Earth, and that information is used to determine how much more help is appropriate to give all of you. All of us who are watching can help without interfering. We certainly cannot do anything for any of you. The question remains, among the helpers in the galaxy, as to how big of a nudge to give you.

More and more of you are realizing that you’re not alone, that there is power in your numbers, and it is not just the asking that you have been doing that is paying off. But because you are connecting and recognizing yourselves as a collective, you are benefitting from the asking of those other volunteers, like yourselves, who have come to help.

You do not actually communicate with words, they are simply the vessel you are using to send and receive messages. Words are simply the carrier of energy; they are not the message themselves. This goes for both written and spoken words; both simply carry energy. Words in and of themselves are neutral; it is only the energy which you give them that determines the meaning behind them.

Extreme polarities create a need for balance. If you were all content, awake, peaceful, harmonious beings, you would still be shifting and evolving, but you wouldn’t do it as quickly as you are doing it now. The desire simply would not be there. Desire can be a wonderful tool. It can be such a powerful catalyst. Those of you who have awakened first on planet Earth are lighting the way for the newly awakened, and you are all capitalizing on the huge desire for change that is among the collective.

The stomach area is your 3rd chakra and is your self-empowerment center. This is where your confidence resides. Your heart area is your 4th chakra and is your self-love center. By stimulating these 2 chakras while repeating these 6 words ‘I am sufficient. I am love’ you are really amplifying your vibrational frequency, increasing your levels of confidence and self-worth, and will be able to notice a shift even in how you say the words out loud.
