We are very impressed with the way humans face adversity there on planet Earth, and we know that if you look around at your fellow humans, you could be impressed as well. You do know your own stories, of course, and you know the adversity that you’ve had to face and how you have triumphed in many of the challenging situations in your lives. But you don’t always know what someone else’s story is, and you may make an assumption about a person that is only an assumption because you cannot truly walk in their shoes and understand what type of cross they are bearing in their lives. 

We do enjoy so very much the opportunity to speak to you in this way, because we feel so very connected to you and because we do know that you reach out and up to us frequently. We have no physical hearts, but the saying is appropriate that our hearts do go out to you. We are coming to you from the twelfth dimension, which is a nonphysical dimension, and because we are nonphysical, we are nowhere and we are everywhere at the same time. That means you do not ever have to feel that we are far away from you or that we could possibly not hear you because of any distance between you and us. There is no such thing.

We are very big fans of all of you there on Earth because you chose the harder path. You chose to take on more challenges, more baggage from your past life selves and your genetic line, and we know that you did so because you felt at the time you were up to the challenge. We also know that once most of you began living your lives there in this current era on Earth, you discovered that the challenges were excruciating at times, unbearable to say the least. And yet, you kept going, you kept coming to Earth, a place where no one is trapped. 

We are so willing to help all of you there on Earth, because we know that the helper and one who is being helped relationship is important in this universe. We get to play this role of the helper, and you get to have the experience of being helped, and that is why we set up this relationship with all of you and to all of you, and you can look at all of your relationships in life in the same way. Each person interacting with another person is playing a role. Perhaps you are playing the role of someone who cheers someone else up, or perhaps you are playing the role of someone who is experiencing abundance and is being generous to someone who is in need, because they are experiencing lack. 

We are receiving all of your requests, and we recognize that you have many reasons to make those requests of us. We also are aware of the requests you make to your guides and your higher selves, to Source, and to anyone else who will listen, because we are so tapped in to the human collective consciousness at this point. We know that help is always on the way, and we also know that some of you are aware of the help that is on the way. Some of you also feel as though you are missing out on the help that is coming to you because of your asking and just because all of us in the higher realms like to help.

We have received so many requests for assistance from all of you, and we want to help you without interfering with your natural process of evolution. You see that has occurred there on Earth previously, and other extra-terrestrial groups have inadvertently stunted your growth by intervening and interfering. We who have observed all of this recognize that the best way to help you is to give you teachings and to give you energies, to give you support and to hold space for you. 

We are ready and waiting for your requests. We love to hear from all of you directly, and when you speak those requests out loud, the energy that you infuse into the requests is felt not only by us but by all others who are your helpers. The universe responds well to sound, and when you speak something out loud, you create a sound. You literally put something out into the universe that will go on and on.

We are always seeking to establish new connections with other beings who have a similar agenda, and the agenda we are referring to in this case is helping humanity to ascend. We are also channeled by extra-terrestrial beings in the dimensions lower than ours, because they too are seeking to expand their consciousness and to be of service, and we will often bring humanity to their awareness so that they can have another focal point for their desire to be of service to The All, to The One.

We are letting in a lot of assistance at this time, as we find that the more help we get, the better we are at delivering to those of you in need what it is that you require to move forward on your journeys. We have been receiving help from the archangels, who recognize that the work we are doing with you is significant, and they also see that working through us is a way to connect with more of you. You of course benefit from all the helpers that exist throughout this universe, and the help you receive from Source is also significant.

Everyone is going to have their moments, their ascension symptoms, and their struggles, but you can minimize them all by taking good care of yourselves in every imaginable way, and that might mean doing less, setting aside certain goals that you have set for yourselves. It might mean that you have to step back from a project, or even a person, that is dragging you down. But know that everything is happening in Divine perfect timing for you and everyone else. There is no sprint to the finish line, but rather a slow saunter, where you get to enjoy every step of this journey that you are on in your ascension.

We are living vicariously through all of you at this momentous time in human history. We know how far you have already come on your journey of ascension, and yet, we also know that the best is yet to come, and we are very excited to be on this journey with all of you, because we love you and because we get to experience something different, something unique, and something special through our connection with all of you. We feel connected to the humans who have never heard of us, and we feel connected to the humans who don’t believe that we are real. When you get to a ninth-dimensional level of consciousness, it’s hard to not feel connected to everyone and everything.

As I sadly walk down the embankment, I remember 2010 when I started my journey in independent waters and felt happy but scared. Walks along the embankment were a balm to me on which I repeated my affirmations out loud, making sure everything would be all right. Sometimes I even knew how to cry under the weight of worry, doubt and fear. But the movement, the chirping of birds and the softness of the green grass, somehow always managed to relax and calm me. Even today, as I sifted through my memories, I came to the realization of what I had learned so far:
