As I walked in the forest today... The guides said this was going to be my last lifetime here on Earth.... This message touched me to my core....What if this was for so many of us the last lifetime here on Earth… how would we spend it? We often get lost in our day to day and forget how precious our human life and experience really is. If we knew that this was it, the lifetime that we came for to finally shift the Earth into a new vibration and that we would never have to return... how would we show up every day? What does it mean?” Often, such experiences may appear not to have any particular meaning; they may seem to be nothing more than purposeless suffering. Yet, in my years as a spiritual author and teacher, I have found that not only are our greatest challenges rich with meaning and purpose, but also that very often we ourselves planned those experiences before we were born. Three steps on how to survive and thrive during the corona virus pandemic.

There a lot of comings and goings on this planet.  Births and deaths alike.  It seems to work well, in order to keep the population balanced, and so that souls, at some point, can shed their human expressions. Humans were never intended to live indefinitely.  After awhile, the soul can get stuck in a particular personality and consciousness.  Often the only time it can break free from that focus is to leave. Souls tend to come back quickly into human form, and even more so now.  In between lives, they spend less time evaluating their lives and what they want to do next time around, and just come back quickly.  And usually within the same family circle.

A dying person’s last thoughts, determine the future state of his soul after death. There is a story in the Mahabharata which illustrates this fact. There was in India a great king named Bharata. Following the injunctions of the Shastras, when he grew old he renounced the world, leaving his kingdom to be ruled by his son. He entered the Himalayan forest and there far from his palace, wealth and former enjoyments, he built himself a little hut on the banks of a river. He collected and prepared his own food. There he spent his days communing with God, who is the Spirit present in the forest, in the trees, in the river and in the soul of man.

It’s amazing that the word tenth door has been called, not only here to escape from the physical prison, but to escape from the whole prison of the mind. There’s another tenth door that lies in Par Brahm beyond the mind. And when you open that, that’s the only way to find out who the author of the script is, who wrote the script. And there you discover that the script was written by your own consciousness, the creative power that makes everything alive, including yourself, including the whole universe. And then you say: “How could I have done that? How could I have done that when so many others were there also to do it? Why did I take the responsibility?” So, the journey is not over.

Let’s get started and unleash this great mystery (mystery that exists only in our mind)! A soul, also known as aatma, never dies. We are a body made up of 5 elements….earth, water, fire, wind and space. Our body is like a cover where our soul resides.  As soul needs to have a physical form to be able to perform action and exist on earth, it resides in a body. At the time of demise, the soul leave the body (departs) to find a new body.

You really do need to change your concept of life and death as you shift your consciousness, because you no longer need to have the death experience in order to transform yourselves completely. That is what ascension is all about. Ascension is about bringing yourselves into such a high frequency state that you transcend death. You become more of who you are without shedding the physical body, as you have in so many previous lifetimes.
