We know that you employ many different techniques and that you have many different approaches to your spirituality, and we just want to remind you of how simple and easy it can be to grow spiritually and to get to the next level of your consciousness. In conscious breathing, you have the ability to slow everything down, including your mind. With breathwork, which is another word for conscious breathing, you tap in to potentials, you open doorways, and you allow for healing to occur in the physical body. It is very easy for you to raise your vibration simply by paying attention to your breathing, and you can do it while doing anything else that you are doing throughout the course of your day.

Throughout time there have been moments when the Supreme Consciousness is impulsing new light frequencies for the awakening of humanity. You saw it in the periods of history such as the renaissance and the industrial age. This time however is without precedence. You have stepped foot into the River of All Creation. Whatever you need is available with Grace and Ease. It is a matter of focusing on Divine Light and anchoring your visions on Earth.

For some, Inspiration is a very powerful gift, a deep longing of the heart. For others, the connection to their Inspiration is very difficult. You may be wondering, how does one receive inspiration? Inspiration comes in many ways, but usually it begins with an open heart and mind. Inspiration comes by allowing yourself just to BE To BE means to have no expectations, no rules or rigid beliefs about how it is supposed to feel, look or…yes..BE.

In the constant escalation of release and activation, the divine balance of masculine feminine comes into view. The history rises to be retold and refold into a new imagining of what can be. Let your mind wander into new territory, as what was becomes a new story. The eleventh hour has never been easy, but it always offers a promise. Can you be stronger than imagined? Can you be clearer than you knew?

An Anusthan is what my spiritual teacher from India called a dedicated practice that we would do as a group at our ashram in Santa Cruz, CA in the late 1970’s and early 80’s. Even though it was over 40 years ago, I can still remember the power I felt during the days of our group spiritual practice.

The incoming Souls of the new Sub-Root Races − species of humanity − are highly evolved and spiritually attuned, and they are strongly influenced by the SEVENTH RAY of transformation, freedom, redemption, purification, ritual and Unity Consciousness. Everyone and everything on Earth are being affected by the radiance of the Seventh Ray, the Violet Transmuting Flame. As a result, many of the old, outmoded teachings are being discarded as humanity evolves in wisdom and raises their frequency patterns. Much of the inspired, true religious beliefs will be retained, and the religions that survive will be those that expand their philosophy to incorporate the higher Creator truths which are now being revealed.
