I will win – A Poem

Looking ahead

Beyond the edges of the night,

lies a dawn promising and bright.

The night may be long,

but my will be strong.

I know it won’t be easy,

nor do I want it to be.

’cause the battle may not be plain,

but I know I’ll win … again
