Are you ready to transform your life for the better? It begins with a simple yet powerful practice: connecting with the sun.

Connecting with the sun at sunrise is crucial for health and well-being because it synchronizes our internal circadian rhythms with nature’s cycles, regulating hormones, energy, and overall bodily functions +++

Step 1: Rise with the Sun

Every morning, wake up and watch the sunrise. Stand or sit outside, facing east, with your bare feet and body grounded on the earth. Expose as much skin as possible, without sunglasses, glasses, or contacts. Spend at least 30 minutes in the morning sun. The more challenges you face, the longer you should stay.

Step 2: Soak Up the Sun’s Rays

Throughout the day, spend time outside, grounded in the sunshine. This practice re-calibrates your internal clocks, allowing you to sync with nature’s rhythms. Gradually build up your solar resilience, and seek shade when your skin gets pink. Read my blog on building a solar callus.

Step 3: Watch the Sunset

As the day ends, watch the sunset with naked eyes, without looking directly at the sun. Allow your body to absorb the sun’s frequencies, and feel the harmony that comes with it. Your body is getting the message that the day is ending, start making melatonin for sleep.

Step 4: Embrace the Dark

After sunset, shut down electronics, technology, and artificial blue lights. Wear blue blockers and head to bed within two to three hours. Invest in incandescent light bulbs, candles, and blue blockers to support your natural rhythms.  I wear the NYX blu blockers. I have tried several brands and they are my favourite

Step 5: Eat Seasonal and Local Foods

Consume foods that grow naturally in your area, and avoid hybrid or imported options. For example, if you live in Southern Ontario, enjoy local peaches in July, but skip peaches in December. Whole foods created through photosynthesis contain light codes that inform your body how to thrive. Eating out of season and non local creates confusion and chaos in the body and chaos leads to inflammation.

Step 6: Cultivate a Supportive Mindset

On a regular basis, examine your beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, and identify limitations. Take steps to change them, and consider seeking assistance if needed. Your mindset plays a crucial role in achieving your desired outcomes and thriving in life.

If you struggle with limiting beliefs and patterns, you might find it helpful to work with a guide. As an expert in discovering, exploring, and changing beliefs and patterns, I’m here to support you.
