Somehow, I woke up and experienced life on “both sides.” This is a very abbreviated description of my journey. Perhaps this can help you too.
Love Is…
For all conscious beings, Love is experienced internally as a feeling.
Love is a connection that runs through your body all the way through to the all-knowing and all-seeing field of pure consciousness that permeates everything in existence.
Love is like one constant flow of pure positive energy running through the core of existence, like a constantly flowing river or moving train.
Get On The Love Train
To jump into that “River of Love,” you must first expunge your spirit of all pain and negative energy. To do this, you must be willing to look inside of yourself.
This journey will not be easy. Indeed, it takes courage to be willing to look upon your life and to try to understand it as a learning experience.
To begin the “pain release journey,” all you have to do is look up.
Wherever you are, when you are ready to take this bold, courageous step towards deliverance, simply look up.
Turn your head to the sky and surrender that pain to the healing power energy of the universe.
Let the Raindrops Fall
Thereafter, be still. And silent.
After that, the miracles will then start to pour down all around you.
Imagine those miracles falling down all around you like gentle raindrops.
As you feel the energy of the rain, imagine all of your pain being washed from your entire body all the way through to the edges of your soul.
Just let that rain wash over you to heal your mind, your body, your spirit and your soul.
Let It Go
After that, just step back and let your body, your mind, and your emotions go wherever they need to go.
Let your mind and your body do whatever they need to do in order to free and liberated.
Scream and shout as loud as you need to get that negative energy off your back!
Allow yourself to go fully into the moment. Just surrender and let the healing energy of the universe free your soul from that pain and negativity.
Deliverance
Wherever this journey takes you, while you are there, try as best you can to center yourself. Calm yourself down as best as you can and try to remember your purpose. Try to remember your true purpose for being in this place at this time.
Healing
Upon the conclusion of your journey, calmly look around you and notice where you are. Look at your surroundings and send up some praise for the fact that you are still alive.
No matter how hard it was to go through that heat, that fire of pain and negativity, it did not kill you. You went “through the fire.” And, yet, you are still alive.
At this point, you have to know that someone loves you. Someone reached down upon you and rescued you.
Connection
Imagine that, in the moment you “wake up,” you feel connected to the most intense and powerful energy you have ever felt in your life.
In fact, following your journey, you feel better in every way imaginable. You are stronger. And wiser. And, generally much present, aware, and awake.
Imagine that, in that instant, you feel, see, and understand what it means to be connected to “The Energy of Everything.”
And, then imagine your pure exhilaration when you then discover that The Energy of Everything is Love.
Can you imagine the pure exhilaration and intense joy you you would feel in that moment! What a great day it would be the moment you realize that you are connected to “The Energy of Everything” through the constantly-flowing, infinite river of Love!
Healing is a Solo Journey
If you decide to undertake this Healing Journey, it is important that you be alone. In addition, you must also remove any sharp or dangerous objects from within your environment.
So-called “Demons” and negative energy, are very crafty — they may try to convince you that you need to harm yourself or someone else in order to free yourself from the pain you feel. That is a lie.
There is peace and salvation and deliverance on the other side of that pain that does not require you to harm yourself. Or any person or any thing.
On the other side of that pain, there is beauty and light and abundance that is so good that it will make all that pain seem like a blessing and a gift.
Imagine that there is a place on the other side of the pain that feels so good that it makes all that pain feel worth it.
Imagine that at the end of your Healing Journey you look upon that pain and say, “thank you.”
The pain was worth it because it helped to get you to “the other side.”
