The World War-III is not yet to come. That which will end the life of this planet is not happening externally but within human mind. The entities anchor such holocaust are governments, particularly education departments and educationists who made this a sacrificial one by doing things in an organized way!
Such war is instilled in human minds. In young minds, it is being sowed in the name of education that one should have ambition in life, achieve big things and reach high by all fair means or foul.
When there were not many formal educational institutions on the planet, wars happened only between the man-made geographical borders. It happened, in countries like India, in silent way with just. Even when a country was divided into many kingdoms, people fought with rules and integrity and with least impact of the warfare on them. They did live and died peacefully.
Today, in the scenario of more (factory turned) educational institutions and high rate of graduates in all countries living with more sophistication and luxuriousness of life, disturbed and stressful mind remains in all which is termed here as internal battle.
In ancient days, people learned principles of what is right and wrong and at many occasions they witnessed also the existing role models for each of that in their lifetime itself. Such icons and their mode of life have been seen till now as benchmarks for right and wrong actions and ethical life.
But today, we read the definition of right and wrong only in textbooks, by heart and score marks in the exams and later erase from our memory.
The time has passed when people co-existed with others who lived following ethics in life, the time has gone when we quoted them as classical examples and the time has moved when we read their life as historical instances in books alone. Now, the time has come when modern and educated people are forced to justify all the mistakes by their so called intellectual ability!
Though we observe only the wrong things are projected as appropriate ones, trying to be just and do the right actions always is a big challenge and becomes a conflict in the minds of today’s men. This psychological condition is compared to kurukshetra, a war field of Indian epic Mahabharata.
The parents, teachers and educationists who are the main stakeholders of education system advocate to such internal war. By keep telling their wards to become like him/her, succeed like xyz, come up in life and lead a life of great achiever, they deter their real individualistic improvement.
Current generation feel inferior and face a lot of struggles by not able to follow what their heart say and also not able to adopt the role models whom their parents and teachers suggest. It is what called the first and last war.
