Let go of any notion that you have that a frequency you are holding is somehow inappropriate, that you should fear it, or that you should feel bad about yourself for accessing it. It’s just there to be experienced and also to give you a point of relativity. You cannot really know that you have moved from a lower frequency to a higher frequency without first becoming aware of the lower frequency and what it feels like in your body.

Sound has the ability to heal the body, clear blocked chakras, move energy and shift physical matter.  You may wonder how this could be possible.  This is what we would like to begin to share with you.  There are a number of benefits that can be accessed by using sound and many are already enjoying some of the benefits of sound without truly understanding “how” or “why”. Of course the “how” or “why” is not necessary for you to enjoy something, however we would like to share this with you so that you may further discover the tremendous power that sound has in your reality.

We draw to us what we focus on. The more we place our attention on the good in others and the benefits within the events of our life, the more we draw pleasant experiences into our lives.  All events, whether we label them good or bad, positive or negative, have life-enhancing opportunities within them. when you have a dream that you desire to create and you doubt if it will ever manifest physically for you, FEEL for the realness of your dream. Though you may not be able to perceive its existence with any of your physical senses yet, let your intuition and imagination be the senses you rely upon for conformation that it does in fact exist. Soon enough you will match the frequency of that dream so perfectly, that you will pull it into focus so that you may experience it with all of your physical senses as well.

You may feel the need to release objects you have owned for a while, or find that you are looking at them as things you barely recognize as your own. You may feel the need to dramatically shift your daily living patterns, where you live, or the form of work you do. Or to change or release a relationship you have been in for a while. You may desire more or less food, or suddenly tangibly feel the dense energy and unhealthful heaviness of animal products. Or you may begin to see animals differently, realizing that you are able to speak with them telepathically, and see their personhood. You may be seeing objects such as rocks and trees, and even blades of grass or weeds by the side of the road, as living, breathing beings who have a story to tell, a journey to take. All of these are indications of the unprecedented higher vibrations traveling through all of your energy systems now

Everything is moving faster now, and the changes that you want to see in your life can be achieved with much less effort than you have previously believed.But it is still important for you to pay attention to your attitude, to your energy, and particularly to your vibration.

We are right in the middle of two eclipses and we can feel that something major is changing.  In December I shared that come March the frequencies (3D, 4D, and 5D and beyond) would begin separating.

Many people on a Conscious Journey of Ascension have been on the move for the last three years and will continue to be as their energy no longer matches their location and they feel the inner pull to move somewhere new.
