I have always had a close and at times difficult relationship with my mother, who has very intense energy. It really hit me recently (thanks to Ina's email about her breakthrough) that I have most likely been absorbing a ton of my mom's negative energy since I was a child, and that this has to be a huge reason for my ongoing physical issues. They first started when my parents got divorced.  Now I find myself in a position where I spend a large amount of time with my mom. She not only helps me with things because of my issues, but we are the only family members here to take care of my grandma, who is in the early stages of dementia. My mother is constantly stressed, there is often arguing and heavy emotions between her and my grandmother. The situation literally exhausts me and I feel like it sucks the life out of me at times.

We are continuing to explore the different possibilities that are in front of humanity for the rest of this calendar year. We are looking at the possibilities that are in front of you as potentials that you might reach by the end of this year, and we see the growth potential as exponential, due in large part to those of you who are awake playing the gigantic roles you are playing. You have been holding so much light for the human collective that the possibilities in front of you are almost limitless. We can see you taking the energies from the solstice and running with them to such an extent that you bring about an even faster rate of awakening amongst the rest of humanity.
