We are beginning to understand the way that you all process information, and this is helping us to deliver the information that we have to provide. You know that you have a lot of energy coming to you from a variety of sources, and we know this as well. And you might compare something that you are processing mentally with some other piece of information that you have received from another source, or from your own experience.

We have been examining the different ways that you all communicate with each other, and we see that there are some definite areas where you could improve the effectiveness of your communication. First of all, we suggest that when you are talking with someone, you really listen to what the other person is saying. Now, you may be eager to express your point of view, but it is also important to give the other person the chance to speak and be heard.

You do not actually communicate with words, they are simply the vessel you are using to send and receive messages. Words are simply the carrier of energy; they are not the message themselves. This goes for both written and spoken words; both simply carry energy. Words in and of themselves are neutral; it is only the energy which you give them that determines the meaning behind them.
