Here I convey a list of the most common vibration-raising symptoms I have felt and whose list was made by my spiritual master Margaret McElroy with the help of the ascended master Maitreya. HEADACHE They can range from migraines to insidious headaches. For some reason, they are felt more by women than men. They are caused by a large amount of energy passing through the crown chakra and due to hormonal changes caused by chakra stimulation. It can be mitigated by asking a Higher Source to remove it. You can also ask your guide to remove it. If the energy passing through the crown chakra is needed to help you open your pituitary gland, then you will notice that after your request for help the pain will only decrease a little. As you vibrate at a higher frequency, the pituitary gland tends to adjust to the higher energy. Other glands change as well, but this one is the most important. This can take months to years depending on your level of spiritual development. Wearing amethyst can also help, as can taking natural and homeopathic preparations.
