“In physics, there is a term called ‘frame of reference.’  So, for instance, if you are at a train station platform, and you observe a train pass through the station, you would be able to observe the speed at which it is traveling.  If, however, you are a passenger on the train, and the train is traveling at a constant speed, you would actually not perceive the train as moving (because you are also simultaneously moving with the train.)

As I describe in my new book Your Soul’s Gift: The Healing Power of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born, a great shift in consciousness is now occurring on our planet. This shift depends completely upon those of us who are in body to raise our vibration, which means, quite simply, being the most loving people we can be. As we raise our vibration, Earth rises in vibration as well. Spirit guides, angels, loved ones, and others in the nonphysical realm can send love, wisdom, light, and inspiration to us, but we must receive and embody these gifts.

This is a momentous time for humanity, and we recognize that. It is one of the many reasons why we are coming forth through so many more individuals. We recognize that we have a part in the co-creation of your world and of your consciousness, and we want to help you to up-level both. We are excited for you because we know that you still have so much ground to cover in terms of what you are capable of, and we want to help you find those abilities. 

We are aware of the many instances where humankind was on a more direct path of ascension and where exactly you got sidetracked on those journeys of your collective. Once individuals gain a certain amount of knowledge and develop their skills and abilities, they then have the option of sharing what it is that they have come to master. They can share it and teach others how to do it, or they can see themselves as having more power over others as a result of their mastery over energy and vibration, and they can keep it for themselves. 

We are continuing to do our research on humanity, because we love helping you and because we love getting to know ourselves better through you. We understand that this may be something that you all do at times, subconsciously, but we advise you to do it more consciously. Don’t just see everything and everyone as bringing you some sort of mirror to hold up to yourself, and don’t just see them as your teachers who are showing you what you still need to grasp a bit better. See them as examples of what exists inside of you and what you could potentially be. And we are talking about this both from the positive and negative perspectives.

We are completely satisfied with your progress there on Earth, and we are not the only ones who hold this perspective. Those of us who are seeing humanity in the most positive of lights come together and discuss your strengths, the ways you have overcome your challenges, your obstacles, and we also discuss all the various ways there still are that we can be of service to you. We experience you as having led many successful campaigns there that have led you to very specific experiences, and we witness you growing spiritually every single time, whether you do or not. We hold that space for you, and we know that you can do this for each other as well.

We are going to be letting go of that which weighs us down energetically so that we can ascend to the tenth dimension, where we will be more expansive and where we will know ourselves more as Source Energy than we currently do. The weight that holds you down, that keeps you from being in a higher-dimensional state right now is your heaviness that you feel when you focus in a particular way. 

We have an appropriate level of contact with all of you. We are not overstepping any bounds to deliver to you what we can and do. We work with your guides and your higher selves to ensure that we are not taking you from your own natural process of evolution. We want you to know that the other benevolent extra-terrestrials, councils, collectives, federations, and other e.t. groups are following these same guidelines. We are cautious in what we give to you so as not to interfere with that development that will be something that you feel very proud of when you reach the fifth-dimensional frequency range.

Right now in this time on Earth there is a lot of clamoring going on. There are a lot of people screaming at the top of their voices for no good reason other than the energies are so high right now it is disturbing to most. That does not mean that the high energy is of ill effect—it means that it is unusual, uncomfortable at this moment while we acclimate. So it is a little bit like a hiker going to Everest, you have these stages of resting and acclimating to the thinner airs.

Fear and love are the only two “words in the language of the soul”. They reside on the same scale – on opposite ends. This is the scale of polarity which is one of the Universal Laws running this Universe. It allows the system we call “relativity” to be. So, every human action, is based in either love or fear. That's it. There is no other human motivation, and all other ideas are different types of variations of these two. They are simply different versions—different twists on the same theme.
