Question: Dear Kryon, there is one question, which no one has been able to answer for me. It is a question that has perplexed and troubled me for a very long time. It would be most appreciated if you could give me an answer that I could understand. Why is it that we are here at all? I don't understand the purpose of the Human challenge? Why is it necessary? Why wear the veil of forgetfulness while in Human form? Why is any of this happening at all?

An Anusthan is what my spiritual teacher from India called a dedicated practice that we would do as a group at our ashram in Santa Cruz, CA in the late 1970’s and early 80’s. Even though it was over 40 years ago, I can still remember the power I felt during the days of our group spiritual practice.

From our perspective, you have so much to appreciate about your lives. We wish that you could see your lives from our perspective. You would have quite a laugh about many of the things that you take seriously. You would slow down, you would enjoy and savor, and you would look for things around you that are beautiful and pleasing to you because you would understand how fortunate you are, how blessed you are to be able to have the experiences you are having.

There will be a purpose to everything that you have experienced up until now. You will find that there are no wasted moments, that nothing that happens is a throwaway event. It is all very precisely constructed for you, to give you just the journey you need to be the person that you want to be, living the lives that you want to live.
