That tiny little gland in the middle of your brain is a force to be reckoned with. When you decalcify and activate its potential, you begin to bring your psychic gifts online. Meditation is the fastest and strongest activator to do this. And one night, while in meditation, I asked for one of my psychic abilities to increase. Ask and you shall receive.

In the spiritual community, alcohol can become a bit of a controversial issue. Some may say in order to raise your vibrations and become more spiritual you should stop drinking alcohol altogether. After all, it's toxic to your body. I happen to agree with the other side of the coin that if in moderation and used consciously, there's nothing wrong with enjoying the human experience with a cocktail in hand.

In my January energy reading, meditation came up as the path of action for us to make a shift towards enlightenment in the collective consciousness this month. As well, some of you have recently asked me to do a video on what I do to make a deeper connection within my own meditation practice. The tips I am offering you today are not your usual meditation tips.

If you truly want to see positive change in the world, then you’ll want to seriously consider using meditation as one of your biggest avenues. Meditation helps to shift your conscious awareness into the present Now. It also assists your connection to your all-knowing higher self which holds all of the answers to your questions while offering guidance to serve your highest good.

As the 3rd Eye chakra lens opens the ‘window’ to the multi-dimensional universe, you will see more visions in other parallel realities through brainwave entrainment to the quantum field. The incoming Ascension activations peel away the veils, barriers, blinders on the pineal crystal antenna and 3rd Eye chakra. The pineal crystal microclusters act in much the same way as an old-fashioned crystal radio. However, most of the frequencies received through the pineal gland are outside the range of human perception. You receive energy as colors and sounds (tones) and increasing ringing in the ears.
