We know that you are doing the best you can, and we know that a lot of what you do there on Earth is by trial and error. You first have to trip over things a few times before you realize that they are there and that you have to go around them or step over them, and we are speaking about your lives physically, literally, and metaphorically. You went forth to experience a series of lifetimes there on Earth, and you went into it knowing that it would be hard, and we all incarnated there on Earth also knowing that it would be hard. None of us came forth into physical bodies and were fully our ascended master selves upon birth. We did have a lot of help in getting to where we eventually arrived, as far as our spiritual evolution is concerned.

In our continued discovery of deep gratitude this month, let's begin with the most basic thing: our physical presence on this Earth. Don't we all take this blessing for granted sometimes? Anyone who has witnessed or experienced a birth of any kind can't help but feel an insuppressible joy at the miracle of new life but the question is, can we maintain that same wonder and gratitude as when we encounter our bodies? For the truth is, they're every bit as miraculous now as they were then. To move into a deeper appreciation for our bodies, let's dive in...

Take a look at what it is you are trying to avoid. What are the things that you simply cannot face? Allow yourselves the freedom to look upon those things without judgment. We are not telling you to look at them without emotion. We want you to feel whatever it is you feel about these things, but we don’t want you to judge yourselves for feeling what you feel. So you all have aspects of yourself, or areas in your life, or current events, things happening in the world that will ultimately cause you to shut down and look away.

Now that you have become more aware of what is happening, you can accept that there are certain growing pains associated with your ascension. You recognize that when you release something, you first have to dig it up. It first has to come to the surface, before it can be released. You have to be made aware of it before you can let it go, and the other key in all of this is you are understanding how important it is to let go of judgment.
