You chose this experience, and the choosing didn’t end there. Every day, all throughout your day, you are choosing, you are choosing, you are choosing the life you want to live, the reality you want to create, the experience you want to have. You are choosing to either go with your own expansion, or you’re choosing to hold yourself back or to play small or to dim your light. 

You cannot even imagine how intelligent, magnificent, and extraordinary your human body really is. You couldn’t even comprehend all the things that your human body is doing every single moment, whether you are aware of it or not. In fact, you’re very rarely ever aware of all of the incredible things in your body that are happening for you every single second.
