We know that you all like to learn about history and the history of planet Earth in particular, especially when it is different from the history that you were taught in school. You are the ones who like to hear the truth. You like an alternative story better than the official story and that is because you have these expressions there on Earth like, ‘The history books are written by the winners.’

Greetings beloved beings of love and peace upon the earth, I am Master Kuthumi. I bring my love, my peace, my divinity, all that I am and all that is the Creator, to gift to you, so you may remember all that you are and all that is the Creator within your own being. Today I come forth. I invite you to scan your body, your being, your mind, your emotions and your reality. Are there any wake-up calls in your reality or being? Is there something that is repeating over and over?

Throughout time there have been moments when the Supreme Consciousness is impulsing new light frequencies for the awakening of humanity. You saw it in the periods of history such as the renaissance and the industrial age. This time however is without precedence. You have stepped foot into the River of All Creation. Whatever you need is available with Grace and Ease. It is a matter of focusing on Divine Light and anchoring your visions on Earth.

Last week I was blessed to be in northern California for a beautiful family wedding in the redwoods, which was food for the soul on many levels. (What could be better than celebrating love amongst the giants??) Whenever I'm in the vicinity, I always extend my trip to include a visit to Calistoga for a bit of fangotherapy (otherwise known as a mud bath), which I discovered in my early 20's and have been running back for ever since - that's how good they are. If you've never been, it involves lowering your body into a tub filled with a mixture of locally harvested volcanic ash, mineral-rich, 104 degree geothermal water, and peat moss. Ahhh.... Can you feel the progression? To be open to awe leads to being inspired to fulfill what makes the heart sing! (But that's only the beginning...) Interestingly, this sequence times out perfectly with all the planets emerging out of retrograde and moving forward, giving us that extra momentum to place a stake in the ground for doing/being what we love. Now might be the time to get out those watercolors out of the drawer or sign up for dance classes or adopt a pet, or book a trip to a wild place you've always wanted to visit or...? Or even do something that scares you, just a little bit.

Containing Your Energy has many implications, and I will be writing a new blog series about it which will include a sort of spiritual travelogue and share some of the wonderful insights that being in such pristine nature provided.  I hope that it will be helpful for more than just me.  I’ve already been integrating new layers of learning into my work with others.

Have you been told all of your life that you’re too sensitive? Do you feel frustrated because if you knew how to be less sensitive, you surely would be?! … it’s possible you may be an Empath. So… before I move on with the blog theme of Self-Care and the Chakras, I want to talk about Empaths – especially the kinds of empaths who feel other people’s feelings, thoughts, and/or physical sensations in their own body, namely: Clairsentience – “clear feeling,” sometimes a “gut knowing,” and this can include feeling other people’s physical sensations in your body. Claircognizance – “clear knowing,” which can include what other people are thinking. Just knowing and often not knowing how or why you know. Clairempathy – “clear emotional understanding,” which can include the overall feeling tone people in a room, a business, a person, or a situation.

At the heart of all your desires is the powerful calling of Wellbeing. Is there an area of your life that lacks Wellbeing? Perhaps it has to do with finances or health. These are the issues of a weak Base Chakra which lies at the base of your spine. Each of the individual energy centers, called Chakras in the yogic traditions, has a purpose for your life. When they are not being met you experience a lack of Wellbeing. Well-being is a reality that provides for all your needs to be met with Grace and Ease. This is the foundation for a happy life. If you are feeling left out of the flow of Divine Energy there is an opening that allows you to bring back a sense of alignment within.

Who of you with a thought can stop the mighty flow of the river? The sacred presence in the momentum of your life continues whether you agree or not. When you resist the flow, when you struggle or doubt, when you try hard to follow your plan even when it’s not working, you are out of balance with life’s rhythm.   When you are in harmony, following the direction of the River of all Creation, you feel more peaceful, interested in life and inspired for new creative directions. This is a belief system that you have outgrown, as hard as it may be to accept. In fact, you are learning to ground yourself into your heart to fully function in harmony with life’s rapid-changing perspective.

From the beginning of time there have been clear moments when the Portals of Awakening open for individuals to advance. The 11:11 Gateway is a collective, high-vibrational portal opening to assist the evolution of consciousness on the earth at this time. Stepping through the gateway in a figurative sense, allows you to move into your most Evolved Self, in oneness with All That Is. We will offer suggestions and visualizations so your imagination can help you to create a beautiful scenario to empower this Light-filled ritual. You have been coded within for this awakening moment. It is another step in the evolution of consciousness, one with great power and support. The Archangels stand at the gateway to hold you in love while offering you strength and courage to step into your new awakened life.

It feels like I have spent years creating the energy field that would allow me to fill myself with God’s Light. It was the most important thing for me to do when I first opened to my Soul Path in the 70’s. I was not thinking of it as Embodiment, because being on the Earth was not priority to me for the first 20 years of my spiritual practice. In the past 20+ years however, grounding has become essential to my happiness. The more grounded I become, the better I feel in my body. There has been a lot of energetic bush-wacking by fellow older Lightworkers since the 70’s which helped open the way.

Do you feel a subtle pulsing within you today? There is a very new rhythm being created through your life right now. A new empowered substance of divinity is flowing through your energy system. The rhythm of your heart is pulsing God’s name throughout your being. The meridians are lighting up with this essence. With every candle you light in the name of God, a deep connection to your spirit is illuminated. This is enhancing your experience of the new rhythms sparking with Divine Connection.  More and more as you bring Divinity into your human form, an integration is occurring that will allow you to live a more blended life as a Divine human.
