Sometimes you would be receiving what you want, other times you would not. To some extent, these thoughts would cancel each other out, so that you are simply remaining stuck. Now, if we imagine all your thoughts with such power and impact that they each create intricate stories in your reality that you experience physically – truly physically – we can recognise that there is a need. In order grow spiritually, to ascend, to heal and to manifest, contemplation is required upon those thoughts.

Greetings to you beloved beings of light, I am Lord Buddha. I am known as the consciousness of Buddha. I bring forth my energy – the vibration of mastery and truth – from my essence.

Greetings, we are the Arcturians, we come forth with our love, wisdom and light to share with you in this moment. We wish to encourage a deeper connection with all that is the Creator so that you may feel more grounded into the Earth, into your reality, into your existence, your life, and your spiritual growth. So you may feel more grounded in your relationships, in your creations and your abilities upon the Earth. When you feel more grounded in all that you are and all that you do you feel safe, you experience freedom, freedom of expression. You experience the Divine flow cascading through your being, and most importantly, you feel more connected.

We are the Andromedans, we extend our energy through numerous dimensions, and we extend our energy through the many dimensions of your own being. We are present to serve you and to be of assistance. Today, we wish to speak of the art of transformation especially connected to the mind, the ego, and to in fact to your entire being. We wish to focus on times in your reality when you experience a challenge. When it feels like the universe has given to you something that is either challenging, causes you to suffer, causes pain, causes you to feel stuck, and in truth is something that you do not wish to experience. In those times when it feels like the universe gives you something challenging in your reality that you did not want to deal with, it is at that time that you can transform the most.
