I&#8217;m doing my best to let these soothe my broken heart over these events.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m pretty sure you&#8217;re feeling the same way.<\/p>\n<p>How do we deal with children killing children? And the repercussions from that senseless act?<\/p>\n<p>Broken hearts can kill, as we now witness in the sudden death of the slain teacher&#8217;s husband.<\/p>\n<p>For me, the question is: how do we mend our broken hearts so we may serve the highest good?<\/p>\n<p>The trick is not to deny the feelings of grief and outrage, but to acknowledge them and then move appropriately quickly into a higher vibration of equanimity and compassion. Using the Infinity Wave can greatly assist in this endeavor.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, I return to Victor Frankl (<u><a href=\"https:\/\/we-infinity.us5.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=e97032f2b5235756fe06145a7&amp;id=29142fbcd3&amp;e=94034104b2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/we-infinity.us5.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De97032f2b5235756fe06145a7%26id%3D29142fbcd3%26e%3D94034104b2&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1654008751655000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2MxUD_WSIT0RSMlQQDzq2s\">Man&#8217;s Search for Meaning<\/a><\/u>), who learned during his concentration camp experience to focus on what gives life meaning in order to survive the horrors he was put through. In his case, it was an intention to see his wife again that kept him willing to overcome the misery.<\/p>\n<p>So, Step One is to find at least one thing that makes life worth living and keep it passionate in your heart.<\/p>\n<p>Step Two: Remember the evidence. When I think back to all the evidence in my life that good not only exists but persists, despite whatever force (some call it evil) wants to bring it down, I feel better. Those memories are real, true and undeniable. Don&#8217;t we all have countless examples of Love from our own lives to prove that it is, indeed, all around us? We can lean on that &#8211; hard.<\/p>\n<p>Step Three: I think about what I can do to help someone who&#8217;s struggling more than I am &#8211; doing that not only eases my own sadness by focusing on another person, but it also restores my confidence in my ability to love and be of service no matter what.<\/p>\n<p>Step Four: In the midst of all this, I know I must find the joy in life where I can. Reach for humor or even a silly cat video to lift the spirits. As we&#8217;ve been told many times by our guides, a light heart heals faster than a heavy one.\u00a0This passage from\u00a0<u><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/we-infinity.us5.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=e97032f2b5235756fe06145a7&amp;id=02ab079f9c&amp;e=94034104b2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/we-infinity.us5.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De97032f2b5235756fe06145a7%26id%3D02ab079f9c%26e%3D94034104b2&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1654008751655000&amp;usg=AOvVaw30pQNxw_IT_09HjzV22AnB\">Philippians 4:8-9<\/a><\/strong><\/u>\u00a0says it well:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable\u2014if anything is excellent or praiseworthy\u2014think about such things\u2026and the God of peace will be with you.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Step Five: I trust that Nature is always waiting to assist in my healing, reminding me by her reliable cycles that &#8220;this, too, shall pass.&#8221; Leaning on a tree for comfort and support usually brings a restoration of calm.<\/p>\n<p>Step Six: Wave, wave, wave&#8230; I bring the infinity Wave into my heart and down into the Earth for grounding. Then, I send it out to all who are suffering, not only in Uvalde, but around the world. (The effects will last much longer, of course.)<\/p>\n<p>Between the closeness of this super-Moon and Venus\u2019s open heart, you can expect emotions to be running high. Scorpio also figures in this 90-minute event with its themes of power and control (and possible disclosure of long-held secrets).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNone of us knows what might happen even the next minute, yet still we go forward. Because we trust. Because we have faith\u201d a popular quote by Paulo Coelho comes to mind as I started writing this blog.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent, fascinating chat between two people I admire very much, Dowser Rory Duff and Astrologer Pam Gregory, Rory refers to the galactic &#8220;sheet&#8221; that&#8217;s been moving through the cosmos and enveloping us right now, something I learned about from another name back in 2012 (see image above). Periodic bursts from the galactic center happen roughly every 12,000 years and cause huge shifts in evolution as evidenced in geology and ice cores.
