class="wp-caption-text">Image credit Maria Chambers

We have access to both the higher and lower frequencies. And in a world where most people are spending a lot of time in the lower ones, we find ourselves dimming our light a bit to connect with others.

And even when we are alone, we find ourselves dimming our radiance to connect with our limited, conditioned mind. We acquiesce to the fears and worries of the mind too often to count.

But that is also changing, as we notice we can’t stay in that lower frequency too long before we get either bored, or just can’t stand it a moment longer. And we notice the mind loves to entertain itself with all those gloom and doom scenarios.

We notice, some of us, that we can no longer afford to indulge those emotions, because they will perpetuate situations that are filled with pain and suffering.

So we don’t indulge the mind like before. We see how it tries to play us, god bless it. And we see how giving in will not allow us to experience the joy that is available to us in each and every moment.

We begin to recognize that the emotions of fear, doubt, worry and hopelessness are all forms of suffering. They feel awful, but are comfortable. Meaning they are emotions we are used to. They have been buried and are coming to the surface to be set free once and for all. And when they bubble to the surface they feel worse now than ever because we sense that they are not who we are.

We know we deserve to feel good. Even if we are dealing with a physical or other issue.

So it’s a good sign that we feel so uncomfortable with those emotions because it means that we will not be entertaining them much longer. Our frequencies are simply too refined now to tolerate them.

And the good news is that as we observe them, release them, thank them for their service, and let them go, our life has no choice but to reflect back to us what we are now choosing to feel. What our eternal self feels 24/7.

© Copyright 2018
