A positive person will always spread happiness and positive vibes. He will always encourage other people and show them the plus points of their actions rather than counting the drawbacks in an individual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A negative person on the other hand will always be focusing on \u2018what will not work\u2019 than \u2018what can work\u2019. A person with negative thoughts will be low in confidence, always discouraging others, afraid to initiate any new tasks or ventures.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such personalities are the person around whom no one wants to be for long as the vibes are very negative and makes one feel uncomfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Positive thinking has health benefits too! A happy mind leads to healthy body. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Positive thoughts keep your energy levels high. Such people have a strong digestive system, healthy heart, strong will power, calm attitude and definitely are blessed with a healthy aura. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlike people with negative thoughts who are prone to anxiety, anger, depression, insomnia, blood pressure, nervous disorders and the list is infinite. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thinking Positive enhances the power to manifest one\u2019s desires as one does not doubt his own thoughts or ideas and has faith that the desired result can be attained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span class=\"td_btn td_btn_md td_outlined_btn\" style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #008080;\">Steps to be in a Positive state<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Start your day with positive thoughts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Always be thankful for what you have.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> See the brighter side of every situation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Listen to your favorite music\u2026a happy song\u2026..that can lift your mood in seconds. Music is of course therapy in itself and rejuvenates masses together.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> First activity in the morning should be anything related to \u2018Being with Self\u2019. It should not be \u2018reading Newspaper\u2019. Most of the news is about tragedy, murder, theft, fire, accident etc. AVOID it as you don\u2019t want these things in your life so why focus on them at the earliest hour of a new day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Listen to motivational talks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Help people around you, be a good listener, encourage and motivate them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Stop cribbing about your past or what should not have happened. Think about what you should do to make things better.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Love and pamper yourself, you are unique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Avoid company of negative people. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Control your temper as it leads to outburst of words that might be hurtful to others thus ruining relationships and also affecting your own mental health.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Appreciate others, respect every relation you have in life.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Celebrate life!
