From tolerance to unity… how do we get there? ~ Hope Fitzgerald

I hope your Thanksgiving celebrations were warm and happy – mine certainly were. 🙂

As we near the end of November, I’ve been thinking a lot about the many layers of Unity Consciousness…

This month we’ve explored Wholeness within oneself as well as with each other and, of course, the Earth.

But that’s still not the whole story; the ultimate frontier is Unity with our cosmos and the Intelligence that created all that we know:

“Cosmoconsciousness, or cosmic consciousness, is a term used to characterize a transcendence of the limits of self-consciousness. As an ultra-state of illumination of the mind, the roots of the conception are embodied in the quest for a spiritual connection with the multi-dimensional cosmos.” 

Mentally, we know this: our existence is not separate, but instead we are intrinsically, vibrationally connected to all things.

But how can we feel this?

Let’s take a detour to space… have you seen the James Webb photos?

It boggles the mind to see one spectacular image after another and puts me in awe of the Consciousness that has been and continues to create galaxies and universes, seemingly ad infinitum.

These star systems are so far away that it’s easy to feel unrelated to them, and yet the truth is that we’re in synch with all of it all the time.

Even though most of us don’t perceive it regularly nowadays, we used to be capable of sensing the cosmos:

“In The Lost World of the Kalahari, Laurens van der Post writes about living among the Bushmen of the Kalahari Desert and describes how shocked they were that he couldn’t hear the stars. At first they thought he must be joking or lying. When they realized he really couldn’t hear the stars, they concluded he must be very ill and expressed great sorrow. For the Bushmen knew anyone who can’t hear nature must have the gravest sickness of all.”

What might a cosmic connection look like? Here’s one of the most intriguing Webb images that shows what might be happening:

Here we see what looks to me like rhythmic patterns of vibration beaming out from a star, traveling through space perhaps to sing to us, if only we could hear it…

How can we begin to unravel from our overly-civilized selves so we can tune into these messages from beyond?

Well, funnily enough, it’s possible that we might come full circle back to our original premise that we begin with Wholeness within ourselves first.

As we were guided in last Monday’s meditation, our new team of Angelics shared that by loving ourselves, we can more easily enter into Unity Consciousness (see recording below):

“…As the love that you are at your core…you must love that which is Love, which means you must love yourself. And loving yourself is not an egoic action… loving yourself is a way of reconnecting to your essence. By loving what you are, you reconnect to Source, you realign yourself with that Unity Consciousness through the act of loving yourself. And when all is reunited with Source…all that flows is pure.”

So, let’s catch a star song tomorrow night and see if we can bridge the light years into Unity Consciousness with All That Is.
