About the author

Rob Schwartz is a hypnotist who offers Between Lives Soul Regressions (BLSRs) to help people heal and understand their life plan. In a BLSR you can speak directly with the Council of Elders, wise, loving, and highly evolved beings who can tell you what you planned for your current lifetime and why, how well you're fulfilling your plan, and how you may better fulfill your plan. Rob's first book, Your Soul's Plan: Discovering the Real Meaning of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born, explores the pre-birth planning of physical illness, having disabled children, deafness, blindness, drug addiction, alcoholism, the death of a loved one, and accidents. His second book, Your Soul's Gift: The Healing Power of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born, explores the pre-birth planning of spiritual awakening, miscarriage, abortion, suicide, caregiving, sexuality, adoption, having pets, poverty, mental illness, and other life challenges and experiences. He is also the author of Your Soul's Love: Living the Love You Planned Before You Were Born about the pre-birth planning of challenges related to romantic relationships or their absence: infidelity; impotence; raising children alone after the death of one's partner; being single; and celibate relationships. Rob's books have been translated into 25 languages. He teaches internationally on the subject of pre-birth planning at such venues as The United Nations, Kripalu, 1440 Multiversity, and Hollyhock. Expanding the Glass ~ Rob Schwartz

We would like to illustrate human suffering from life situations with an analogy. Imagine a lemon. Cut the lemon in half. Now, imagine squeezing all of the juice from both halves of the lemon into an empty glass. Take a sip from this glass. The taste is, of course, very sour, and not at all easily drinkable. Now, imagine that you actually are the glass containing the lemon juice. What is inside the glass is what is in your awareness. So, in this case, you are aware and focused on what you perceive to be the cause of your suffering (i.e. illness, physical pain, unhappy life circumstances, etc.) This perceived cause of the suffering is the lemon juice. Now, there are really two types of lemon juice in your glass, even though you think it is all the same lemon juice.

The Transformational Effect ~ Rob Schwartz

Many of you are familiar with the concept of the ‘Butterfly Effect,’ wherein something as small and simple as the flapping of a butterfly’s wings can ripple out into the world and result in major effects. We now ask you to dive deeper into this analogy. Of all the images chosen to illustrate this concept, why is the butterfly chosen?

Rebirth While Incarnate ~ Rob Schwartz

Often when there is a serious illness or a near-death experience, it can cause a kind of rebirth, a new lifetime within the current incarnation. This often happens because the event triggers a disassociation with the mental/emotional structures that the person has accumulated throughout their lifetime, and a reassociation and a realignment with the soul and true essence of love and light that the soul is

Energy Informs Form ~ Rob Schwartz

Remember that when you focus on changing external conditions without first addressing internal conditions, you always ultimately create an external condition that is actually another iteration of the first external condition.  For illustrative purposes, think of cutting a serpent from the hydra’s head, a serpent always grows back in the first serpent’s place because the energy of the hydra is still the same.  Yet, if the vibration of the hydra is elevated, then something beautiful like a flower would grow where the serpent once was.  The hydra that grows serpents is the ego-based self, the hydra that grows flowers is the Spirit-based self

Your Soul’s Plan: The Deeper Spiritual Meaning of Suicide ~ Rob Schwartz

When difficult or traumatic experiences occur in our lives, we naturally wonder, “Why did this happen? What does it mean?” Often, such experiences may appear not to have any particular meaning; they may seem to be nothing more than purposeless suffering. Yet, in my years as a spiritual author and teacher, I have found that not only are our greatest challenges rich with meaning and purpose, but also that very often we ourselves planned those experiences before we were born. I explored this premise in detail in my first book, Your Soul’s Plan, and I do so again in my new book, Your Soul’s Gift: The Healing Power of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born. In this article I will share with you one of the most profoundly healing pieces of information I have ever discovered in my work.

The Deeper Spiritual Purpose of Pets ~ Rob Schwartz

The process of placing our energy within a body, and in so doing forgetting that we are vast, majestic, Divine Beings made literally from the energy of Unconditional Love, is akin to being struck on the head by a heavy tree branch and rendered unconscious, only to awaken with no memory whatsoever. What would happen if you actually had such an experience? All who love you, each member of your family, every dear friend, would come to your side and express great love for you. Though you would recognize none of them, their powerful outpouring of concern and affection would touch you deeply. You would conclude that only a truly loving person could be so beloved. And in that instant of realization, you would know, beyond any doubt, your true nature.
